Also, we paid extra for a lake view, but there was a cemetery right in front of it. Such nuances should be mentioned; they ruined the atmosphere."

We had no clean towels, bath towels, or toilet paper. We called the front desk, but no one answered the phone. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service helped us and we finally got clean towels, bath towels and toilet paper."
