Balaris Apartments

The apartment is located on the main road with a parking space next to it. Very nice apartment, clean, and in a very desirable location. Plenty of amenities shops and bars around. In general the place was lovely with a nice balcony for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. One downside is that the air con unit is located in the main part and unfortunately doesn’t cool down the bedroom, unless it was left on for the whole day, which was not possible. That said we got good rest on the sofa beds in the living room. Perhaps a fan in the bedroom would have been a good solution. Hotel also has access to a swimming pool behind the property and is walkable distance 2-3min to the beach. In general we would definitely recommend the place and definitely come back.

Top rated apartments. We recently stayed at Dimas for 10 nights. We had a fantastic stay. The apartments have a great view over the harbour. There is a steep hill to climb but it is well worth it. Being in an elevated position also meant that there was a gentle breeze around the pool area - especially in the afternoon. Talking to pool area the pool is very large. There are plenty of sun beds and never failed to get one whatever time of day. Christos goes out if his way to help his guests and nothing is too much trouble. He also makes a great cocktail. Lunch around the pool was great and lots of snacks to choose from. All in all a great holiday and we will be back.

Mama Nina's pizza's! Omg! Soooo big and absolutely delicious 😋..my friend and I shared..and added chips..delicious.. ordered half veggie and half special ( meat) recommend the rose wine too..add ice for extra refreshment..all served by the lovely friendly Loucinda ❤️

These apartments firstly are run and owned by Christos and his fantastic family. Christos is the best host ever. The location of the apartments are second to none overlooking Kassiopi harbour. The pool area is large and this is the first place I have ever been and never had to put a towel down for a sunbed, so relaxed and friendly atmosphere neatly all guests are returners and I can see why. The accommodation is comfortable and everything you can ask for, we had drinks and ate at the Dimas apartments, Christos cooks everything fresh and it’s amazing. Another lovely stay in the Dimas, missed it so much so had to go back again ,Lovely apartments with lovely views .Pool area is wonderful Christos and all the family work so hard to make you feel so welcome. Already booking for next easter cant wait to go back. Travelled to many places but Dimas and Kassiopi is our favorite. Love it .No wonder people return year after year. Exceptional.

A week long stay at Dimas which we thoroughly enjoyed. The apartment was a little dated but it was clean, had comfy beds and the air conditioning worked a treat. The pool and bar areas are beautiful with amazing views over the harbour. Would definitely return.
