Agios Gordios Beach Resort

It was amazing! By the beach with a private pool on the balcony! We loved every moment at this hotel! I hope to come back soon. So close to the hotel there are so many options about restaurants a bakery and supermarkets. And if you have a car you can visit so many places at this beautiful island!

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights in August and wished we had been able to stay longer. Check in was smooth (despite arriving much earlier than 2pm) and we were greeted by Viviane, who had already been in touch a week before to introduce herself and check our arrival time. She gave us her top tips on where to eat and drink (and they were good tips), took our luggage to a storage room and promised to text when the room was ready - explaining that she would make sure it was ready before 2pm as there was no reason not to get the cleaners on the case straight away. We received a message just after midday and were blown away by the location, the proximity of the sea and the design of the room. We had a Junior Suite with a plunge pool and it was perfect for us who were in need of a much needed rest to be able to read lots of books, take in the sunshine and enjoy the local cuisine. Staff were proactive (the cleaner noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working properly one morning and arranged for it to be looked at before she'd finished our room (just new batteries required for a remote) - this was something we were going to report the next time we popped out. The recommendations for somewhere to eat (Ortholithi for greek night and Ark on the sea front) were great recommendations and these are the two restaurants we went back to several times. You could not be closer to shops, bars and restaurants with the best sea views and wonderful service. The outdoor kitchen is a little delight and well equipped - we certainly didn't expect a coffee machine and a toastie maker! Viviane and her team really couldn't do enough for us and I highly recommend staying here. One slight note (and it's just a note) is that it wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues. Some of the great places to go need to be accessed along a little wooden makeshift track along the beach. That's just a note about the resort itself and not the hotel. Superb hotel to which we will definitely go back.

£280 a night for a property they manage at the end of the strip above a restaurant. They had nothing left at their main place next to Romantic Palace so offered this other place when we booked. To say they were economical with the description would be an understatement worthy of an Oscar. Stayed one night, it was awful bearing in mind everywhere else we stayed for our friend’s wedding after this s**t show was great at around a third of this price. I’m sure if you stay at their main place you’ll be absolutely fine but not sure they should be trusted as the whole experience was based on them hiding reality (lying) and just getting us in there to see if we’d just roll over and hand the money over which was around £1,350 for five nights. Worst experience since I was in Magaluf in 1997 and that’s the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. 😂

This beach is lovely with clear water and sand it was lovely getting into the water you could hire sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach or if you bought from many of the beach front restaurants you could use their sun loungers I enjoyed many a day here while I was on my holiday and would highly recommend

· We had just spent 4 nights in Kassiopi, a cute fishing village so a long sandy beach resort was a perfect contrast. We'd been dealing with Maria before arrival about parking, she was so helpful. She was great welcoming us as well and on hand if we needed her. The room was so very good, overlooking the sea with crashing waves when we arrived. We slept for the 4 nights with the windows open wide and the sound of the waves sent us to sleep. Later in the season we'd have to close the window as we hate mosquitos getting in and when the waves are quiet there is a little noise from the bar next door. The cleaning lady was lovely and kept our room so nice. We loved being an easy walk from a few excellent restaurants and we loved the bar next door for their loungers and great food and drink. The parking was great, so handy even for our big car. We'd stay in this place again without a doubt.

The best place in the town, next to the beach, apartment with exellent sea view and great sound of ​​waves. Private pool, and everything we need were in apartment. Cleaning everyday. Very nice Staff and helpfull Maria. Shops and restaurants very close.
