Best view hotel and good service but with a little bit old accessories in room

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

性價比一般

위치는 정말 좋다. 다만 가격대비 위치가 좋은 거 빼고는 높은 점수를 주기에는 부족함 점이 많다. 아침 식사도, 편의시설도 가격에 비해서는 낮은 수준이다. 가격을 조금 낮추면 좋을것 같다

This is our second time to stay at the hotel. The beach directly opposite makes for a lovely morning swim and the hotel is a short walk from the Ekareach bus stop in Kep if you are coming from phnom penh. Staff are friendly and their pool is clean and has a nice view.

What a gem..the most helpful staff, great drinks, comfortable rooms. . Highly recommended!

The best location at Kep!

非常好的，海景房，出門就是沙灘，樓下就是酒吧，和海邊一條街，有早餐，西式早餐，性價比高，不錯，下次還要來，住了兩個晚上，都是西方客人比較多，挺好的

Very cozy and comfortable room. Clean swimming pool and nice architecture design around the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Many street food and small cafes around the hotel. Beautiful open view on the sea from the window. Definitely will stay here once again.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux. Cet hôtel est un véritable petit paradis niché entre la mer et la nature. La vue sur l’océan depuis la piscine et certaines chambres est tout simplement spectaculaire, surtout au coucher du soleil. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et avec une décoration charmante qui reflète parfaitement l’atmosphère paisible de Kep. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables, toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins avec le sourire. Le petit-déjeuner, servi face à la mer, était délicieux avec des options variées. De plus, la localisation est idéale : à quelques pas du célèbre marché aux crabes et des nombreux petits restaurants locaux. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous détendre et profiter de la beauté de Kep, le Saravoan Hôtel est sans aucun doute une excellente option. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

En stillsam oas på en stillsam oert Saravoan visade sig vara en riktig pärla. Vackert dekorerade rum med en en vägg av ihopmurade runda stenar. Underbart vänlig personal och fantastisk utsikt från balkongen. På minuskontot: fräcka apor som stjäl från balkongen. Vi blev t.o.m. varnade att de gärna rycker mobiltelefoner och annat ur gästernas händer. Och man strider inte med dem. De har enorma och säkert orena huggtänder. Sängen var bra men för hård för min smak. Och dålig bild på TV:n. I övrigt allt bra. Vi är nöjda och kommer att återvända.
