"We arrived at 4pm my kids are so tired so Am I. We expected to have the room right away since we checked in 1hour pass the 3pm check in but the front desk said he is not sure if what room I clean and ready for occupancy.  We ended up waiting for the next half hour while I am carrying my kid thats is already sleeping if we could only check in right away then I have my kids lying already. Really a terrible experience."

"Hi, Trip.com~ I am a good customer of Trip.com.. I booked this Hometown Studio Seattle motel on the website and stayed for 5 days. I will never use this place again or promote it to people around me to not make reservations because of the following. 1. The bathroom light was broken so I couldn't turn it on, so I had to get it repaired later. 2. The overall room condition was dirty and old, and the cover of the radiator fan coil had fallen off a long time ago. 3. There were no cups in the bathroom and there was no basic drinking water in the refrigerator. 4. On the last night of my stay, my cell phone holder was stolen from my parked motorcycle (I reported it to the counter, but they just said there was no CCTV, and they wrote a few words about the theft on paper and later said they would investigate through the manager, but no action was taken.)"
