Worst hotel experience in my 51 yrs. Just filthy. The walls were gross. The elevator was gross. The carpet was covered in stains. The pool was brownish.

The place was filthy I had to clean before we could use the room. Had to take blanket and bedspread off. Dirty, no amenities mentioned were in the room ad mentioned on website, except micro and fridge, which needed cleaning. Stay away far away

Absolutely disgusting hotel has a wretched stench of dog and mildew, owners live on the property and will let there kids run up and down halls at all hours of night. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING ASF

Place was pretty sad. No breakfast as was advertised. No coffee available. Manager's child playing with toys in hallway. It is pet 'friendly' although manager shows that he is happy with pets. If you can find another place to stay, do!

Truly a disgusting hotel. Unfortunately there aren't many options in the area but ANYthing would be better than this. Maybe try airbnb. Our room randomly had 3 queen beds in it (why) but was missing the handle to the bathroom door. Tissues were shoved into holes in the ceiling tiles (and the bathroom door handle hole!). Everything was dirty. The hallways smell like cigarettes. The front desk guy is awful. Just avoid at all costs.

I had stayed at this hotel from 10/15/22 - 10/19/22, and upon checking in, I met the owner at the counter, named Rocky. I had made the reservation via a vendor and the reservation could not be canceled or refunded. Upon walking down the hall to my room #110, I noted how dirty the floors were, along with the walls, the carpet, and general condition of the building. Upon entering my room, I noted that the electrical components were plugged into an outlet that had exposed wiring, no cover. This was a fire hazard. If I had children, it would be a safety issue. The facility advertised breakfast, which did not happen. I was informed there was coffee. I tried it. The coffee was not only ice cold, it was days old, and I poured it out. Although the proprietor was friendly, the place was as filthy as something you might expect in a very poor country. I can only describe my situation as disgusting. I could not get out of my payment. I now understand why they have a no refund policy upon making the reservation. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst best enemy. I paid $91.25 per night to stay here. I was raked. Please note. I had two experiences while there where there was a ********** who entered the building escorted by another female. The impression I had was that they knew their way around, which means that the proprietor is aware. Secondly, there is no security at the entry points. There were two occasions where I was asked for money by street persons who simply walked into the lobby, which was unsupervised both day and night.

This hotel is rundown, smells, dirty, and no breakfast. They provided coffee in the lobby but that was even watered down. They only provide change soap, no shampoo. The chair in the room was stained and dirty. The stairwell doors were propped open and violating fire safety codes.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty Hotel! Did I mention it was Dirty? Dirty Hotel, Not clean, Needs painting, Needs new carpet. Carpet was soiled. Chair in room was so dirty we would not sit in it. Room so dirty we refused to take a shower.

My husband grew up here so we came down to a class reunion yesterday. There were not a lot of options but this one was rated the highest and that is really scary! Look at my pictures! I wouldn’t walk to the bathroom without putting my shoes on! Everything looked and felt filthy. Don’t plan on any breakfast either, they don’t serve it! Everything was incredibly worn, tired and dirty.
