I will probably never stay at another Baymont hotel. We booked a king room. The bed looked like it would be comfortable until you set on it. It made so much noise getting in the bed as well as getting out of it. Get up in the mornings to take our showers and all u get is cold water. The hairdryer holder was falling off the wall and the bathroom light switch was broken. Go out to eat the HOT breakfast and it was colder than our water was. Eggs still frozen in the warmer as well as the sausage. I had to put my stuff in the microwave just to try and eat it.

If you need a place to just lay your head this is it, but if you are looking for a little more find another place, property wise it's dated and the bedding is well used so take what you need to make you comfortable.

If I could give it zero I would. The place was super dirty and nasty! Floors dirty, walls dirty, the bathroom was dirty as well. The entire place smelled of mildew and sour.

This place was amazing the staff all of them l, my kids loved the pool, breakfast was great, the cleaness of the hotel was amazing also

Customer service not knowledgeable. Posting in the bathroom for cost of items you steal?. Are they assuming I am going to steal. Charge if you request late check out. Floor dirty. Bathtub had mold. Will not be staying at a Baymont again. We usually like Wyndham hotels but very disappointed with this one. Do not recommend. For the same price many other options for nicer hotels in that area

The staff was very friendly; however, the property is a nightmare waiting to happen. The side doors leading into the property were broken and unlocked. The room was older, and the bathroom had mildew, along with water damage. The main lock to our room didn't actually lock, which we didn't realize until the next morning. The breakfast was almost nothing, as their waffle maker was left on but didn't work, and that was almost what they had available.

I got in at 2 am. I put my room heater at 79. It was on 74. I wore long johns, socks, and flannel pajamas to bed. I slept with the covers over my head all night to keep my nose from freezing. I finally got out of bed at 7 am to get back on the road and warm in my car! I didn't even shower! It was too cold! As soon as I opened the door at the top of the steps to go into the lobby, the warmth hit me. The lobby was warm but not my room. All I got was a sorry! Breakfast was mediocre at best.

After they got my credit card information I had a whole lot of fraudulent charges. I thought it was a little suspicious that I had to check in later in the middle of the night again after already checking in.

Room was dirty and bathroom disgusting. Pee on the toilet, hair on the toilet, hair in the showers, towels dirty with hair, and hair on the floor. Even had hair on the toilet paper!! Bed had dirty sheets, pillows had stains, and sheets had blood on them. Had to sleep on top of the sheets and wrapped paper towels over the pillows. Room smelt like **** and couch and chair had stains with a some kind of bottle cap left on the couch. I strongly agree to find a different place to stay. Pictures provided.
