The toilet clogged up the first night... The studios are cute but very small. The disposal/drain did not work properly. The TV and phone did not work.

We have stayed at this location before, and do not want to bash it. It is a good stay because of its location and spacious at-home feel with a 2BR, living room and full kitchen. I forgot that there is only one shared bathroom, though, so next time a Residence Inn will be my first look. BUT, this review is to mention a few mishaps in Rm316. Major: 1) for all 3 days (9/20-22) the 'free wifi' was not there. I know things happen, but it was very inconvenient; 2) bedroom door handle that would lock us out of the bedroom; 3) breakfast was sad: the croissant sandwiches had frozen egg patties in the middle that had to be microwaved--but no sign telling guests to do so (three of us had a laugh about learning the hard way)! Minor: 1) maintenance had to fix a very squeaky bedroom door; room phone message light kept flashing and could not be cleared. The staff is always the most joyful: Lea went out of her way to locate the luggage rack and bring it to us. On checkout, we were offered 2500 pts to offset the no-free-wifi, but I thought it would be more.

We travel a lot for club volleyball and stay almost exclusively at Marriott properties since we are Bonvoy Gold members. We normally stay at Fairfield’s but since my older 2 daughters were joining us we needed a larger room. After reading all of the reviews we chose the Towneplace Suites, 2 bedroom with a pullout. The hotel was notified at booking there would be 5 people staying. Upon arrival no one was in the lobby. No big deal, he did arrive a couple of minutes later and was super friendly. We checked in and then headed out for dinner. We we came back and pulled out the pull out bed we discovered it was very broken. Not just a little uncomfy but seriously broken. The hotel was full so changing rooms was not an option, plus we were already exhausted and had an early morning the next day. At breakfast the selection was very limited and the food poorly prepared. We do travel quite a bit so we don’t have high expectations but this was really disappointing. Sunday was even worse. Other than those two things the rest of the room was nice, it is a quiet, safe hotel (just ignore the pot smell) and if I didn’t need a pull out I would consider staying here again.

I stay here often. This is my go to hotel in Kennesaw. The staff is great, so accomodating and wanting you to have a great stay. The beds are soft and comfortable and rooms are always clean. The breakfast is perfect for me and offers so much for others. The hotel is also in easy walking distance to many really good restaurants. Parking is also easy..

Had everything we needed for a week's stay for a baseball world series trip. I think the only issue we had was the air conditioner in our room would not get cold. During the day we would keep it at 70 and it would stay around 69-71. But at night when we wanted it cold, we would lower it to 66 and even lower to 63 some days but it would never go under 70, so we had hot nights. Mentioned it to the front desk who was going to come up and check it, but she never arrived, and I just never went back down to bring it up again after that. Other than that, our stay was fine.

The staff was very helpful, room was clean. Breakfast served was good. Bed was comfortable. Service of dishes and utensils were limited to 4 each. The coffee pot was bad, it was impossible to pour it without it leaking everywhere.

Marriott sharpen up a little. Pool was dirty and often closed even to sit at tables. Covid signs still up. Hand sanitizer empty. Room smelled bad. But we were changed immediately. Some workers very friendly some not at all. Overall nice stay, just lacking the Marriott pizazz.

Everything was amazing the staff was great wake up call centrally located the area was knew any and everything you can eat…can’t wait to go back it helps that we had great points love the area and the peoples

We called due to making a flub on our travel schedule. They were able to help us get the date switched and accommodate us. I should have called when I realized we only had one washcloth. It wasn't a big deal, and I could have waited for them to bring them up. The person who met us late at night was very friendly and very nice. It was a pleasure checking in. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and easy. Clean rooms, bathrooms and we will stay again if we are through the area again.
