The pool

There were some major renovations going on so we ran the water for 15 min to get it hot. There was no trash can in our room... on the plus side: great location next to the airport and good breakfast. I'm sure when everything is finished it will be top notch

Everyone was very kind. The gentleman that came to pick us up at the airport was very welcoming. I do say, I do get a little nervous when our room doors are outside. There was only one working elevator but I was super thankful for it, since we were on the 4th floor. I was disappointed that we had asked for rooms close to the couple we were traveling with. She said she would try but was ultimately unable to accommodate since they were busy. We were fine with that, however, as we were walking to our room, we could see there were 20 plus rooms that were open (they keep the curtains open). They were still open when we checked out. Breakfast was basic but filling, and it got the job done. Even though we were unable to use it, the pool looked very clean and nice. You are very close to the airport here and see planes taking off frequently. I would overall recommend staying here. For those cruising out of NOLA, you will need to Uber/Lyft out of here. It is about a 30 minute drive.

Skip these guys altogether This is by far the worst airport adjacent hotel in the New Orleans market. It’s definitely one of the cheapest but once you arrive, you understand quickly that you’ve made a bad decision. The staff was friendly however the property is older than a lot of others. There was little to no WiFi to the point that the TV had to be turned off. The interior rooms are minimally, decorated the window AC unit units do not provide much cold air. in the morning of my departure realized that for whatever reason there was no available hot water to take a shower. Highly suggest any of the other adjacent hotels.

It was very clean and modern

The property is going thru a renovation and it everything felt clean and safe. The gentlemen that checked us in at night was extremely polite and helpful. I would stay there again.
