Location is perfect. And chef was very good. He made sumptuous dinner in relatively less time. Other staff members were helpful too.

Nice property, nice staff, nice food good view from the room, peace and comfort environment. Park to enjoy the morning environment.

It was very bad experience. There was no room service, even restaurant was operational only after 6 pm with 3-4 options of meal. Toilet supplies were not there. I have taken breakfast in my plan but breakfast was not available till 9:30 am, when i asked staff they asked to wait for 30 mins. I left hotel at 9:30 without breakfast. I want refund for breakfast which i paid in advance.

If someone is planning to go to dhanaulti dont plan for this hotel. Behavior of the staff is worst it will ruin e your whole trip. Dont go over structure of the hotel services provide by them are worst as no geyser working there, tv is also never working food is worst and if you complain they will never hear.

This has been the worst stay of my life! everything about this hotel is horrible,1. Out of 3 days of stay, had wifi only on the day of check-in, on the other days there was no wifi. 2. The entire staff has zero experience in the hotel industry. 3. The property had construction going on, and it's going to take over a few months for them to be ready. They are selling a room in a property that is going through a major renovation. 4. No lift/elevator in the hotel. 5. I took the package which included breakfast by paying additional charges and i was surprised to find they serve only two items as an option in the morning ***** with tea. Poha/veg sandwich/upma/cholebature. The menu rotates around this with any two items. They don't even offer any form of eggs/juices for breakfast. 6. They give an extra pillow after requesting it multiple times and then the next day during room service they took it away (for unknown reasons. 7. The linen is dirty and full of stains. 8. The quality of the towels is horrible! it's so that the tissue from the towel will be all over your body, hair, and clothes if you use them. 9. Be careful in the restaurant and count every item - happened all 3 days with us, we ordered items in a certain quantity and it was delivered in lesser quantity until we highlighted it in our bills. 10. No water - yes! it happened the day we were checking out that the hotel staff forgot to fill in the water tank and we got stuck in the bathroom due to no water. After 30mins of chasing them, they started the pump to fill in the water. 11. Doesn't replace used towels - after we came back on day 2, we found that the same towels we left in the bathroom were stretched and laid on the sofa to dry and for our reuse! they don't even bother to change the used towels until we forced them to do it. 12. No soap & poor quality of toiletries - we had to ask for the soap every day as they threw the soap from the previous day and never replaced it. Also, the quality of body gel and shampoo was ridiculous, worst than streetside dormitory. 13. The staff were clueless about raising the issues and not ready to share their owner's contact (as they have no manager on the property. it's under construction and lacks the basic service to be called a hotel.
