Dit hotel is geen 4 sterren waard Meer 2 Eten is slecht Weinig keus , koud En okee ik hou niet van pasta Maar elke dag pasta bahhh En rijst Onvriendelijk personeel Veel Russen Lijkt net of we in Rusland zijn Ik ga hier nooit meer heen Weet niet waar die 4 sterren vandaan komen

after visiting the rich melisa hotel he should be called poor and melisa I recommend taking it to calm down. we arrived at the hotel around 1 am it turned out that there were no rooms for us and they told us 6 people to sleep in 1 room, the service was very unpleasant everyone was very dishonest in the hotel the boss himself walks around with an angry face and constantly watches over people, the food was a total disaster there was nothing you could eat with a smile everything was cold and very bad and in addition there were lots of flies flying between meals there were no snacks, every single day the same food chicken liver and one more chicken liver with vegetable and rice there was no place at the pool to lie down and u can't do nothing on here .every day we went to the moon light beach and it was really great there the service was nice and everyone was smiling we were out for 7 days instead of spending in the hotel because we couldn't stand it there and on top of that that fu.... Russian music made me want to puke 🤮🤢🤮 food was heated up from the day before no labels , you walk in the food place and it stinks i walked straigh out the only nice person on here is YAKUB he just smile and friendly ,if you don't speak Russian then you have nothing to look for here because no one understands English the only thing we heard was me nopanimaju 🤣 Kemer as a city is beautiful but the people in it are terrible very unpleasant, they dragged us into the shops and when we didn't want to buy something immediately with aggression towards us, this is not Turkey but one big fake at every step they wanted to do us over . Walking around the city is a disaster after 30 minutes you get a headache from the Russian language and from the shop owners I hate Turkey and I will never come here again!!!

Hallo! Ich befinde mich gerade bis 15.11. 24 in diesem Hotel. Da ich nicht verwöhnt bin, sehe ich schon mal über was hinweg. Aber mein Zimmer war bei Ankunft nur unzureichend gereinigt und die Tür in der Duschkabine fehlt komplett. Also nach dem Duschen -Boden im Bad nass. Sowas geht nicht. Nu ja,ich nur 4 ganze Tage hier. Ich arrangiere mich mit der Situation,aber kann dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Lasst die Finger weg. Torsten/Schweiz

Не рекомендую этот отель для отдыха ,вернулась сегодня -отель максимум 3*.брала тур ‘все включено ‘ при заезде дают 2 бутылки воды ,далее нужно набирать из кулера.ремонт в отеле давно не делали ,все очень уставшее .бассейн маленький ,мало шезлонгов у бассейна .до пляжа 40 минут пешком ,3 раза в день автобус из отеля до пляжа ,людей собирают из 2-3-х отелей ,поэтому он ‘битком’.питание удовлетворительное ,но ‘без изысков’ -очень скромно .в Турции 8-ой раз,поэтому знаю,какие отели 4* бывают .рекомендую выбирать что-то по приличнее .всем хорошего отдыха 🙂

Çok detaylı bir yorumlama yapacağım. Rich Melissa Hotel’de iki kız arkadaş olarak 02.09.2024-06.09.2024 tarihleri arasında konakladık. 2 Eylül Pazartesi günü otele tam 12.00’da geldik, odamızın hazır olmadığını ve 14.00’te gelmemizi söylediler. Tam 14.00’te tekrar geldik. Bize otelde oda olmadığını, başka bir “uygulama otelinde” konaklayabileceğimizi ve ya rich melissa otelinde 2 ay öncesinden standart balkonlu oda ödemesini peşin yapmama rağmen balkonu olmayan, bırakın balkonu penceresi dahi bulunmayan bir odada kalabileceğimizi söylediler. Yetkiliyle görüşmek istediğimizde de bize “çok sinirlisiniz ben sizin odanıza Türk kahvesi göndereyim hiçbir şeyiniz kalmaz hehehe” denmesi üstüne “tamam şarap ve meyve tabağı da gönderirim çözeriz” denmesi de cabası. Bakın bu karşınızdaki insanın aklıyla dalga geçmektir ve hiçbir kabul edilebilir yanı yoktur. Durumu kabul etmediğimiz için ve konu artık tartışma boyutuna ulaştığı için bir süre sonrasında bizden zaman istediler ve aile odası vereceklerini fakat ertesi gün bu odadan çıkıp yine bize verilmesi gereken standart balkonlu odaya geçmemiz gerekeceğini söylediler. Yapabileceğimiz hiçbir şey olmadığı için kabul etmek zorunda kaldık. Bizlere ilk günümüz için verilen bu aile odasındaki klimalardan biri çalışmıyordu, duvarda örümcek ağları vardı ve yastıklarda çok ağır bir koku vardı. Üstümüzü örtmemiz için verilen pikeleri yastıkların üstüne sererek kokuyu engellemeye çalıştık ve ancak böyle uyuyabildik. Odanın verilmesi saat 16.30u buldu ve bizim ilk tatil günümüz tamamen çöp oldu. Akşam yemeği için restauranta indiğimizde bir şok daha yaşadık çünkü hiçbir çeşitlilik yoktu. Yalnızca yarım kase domates çorbası içebildik, ne olduğunu anlamadığımız bir etli yemek vardı ve kokuyordu yiyemedik. Kaldığımız süre boyunca her gün dışarıda yedik ya da marketten malzeme alıp sandviç yapmak durumunda kaldık. İkinci gün kahvaltıya indik durum yine aynıydı çok büyük bir beklentiye girerseniz pişman olursunuz. Birçok malzeme yenilemeyecek kadar kalitesiz. Açlıktan bayılmamızı engelleyecek kadar atıştırıp yine tüm günü otelin dışında bulunan plajlarda geçirip dışarıdan yiyecek içecek ihtiyacımızı karşıladık. Otelin havuzunu hiç kullanmadık çünkü günün her saatinde hem çok kalabalık hem de temiz değildi maalesef. Zaten çok küçük bir havuza sahip. Çevresinde de sayılı şezlong var ve asla yer bulmanız mümkün değil. Havuzun yanından geçerken kullanım hatalarına bağlı olarak üzerinde oluşan yağ ve kir tabakasını açık bir şekilde görebiliyorsunuz, ayağımızı dahi değdirmedik havuza. Evet bunun sebebi havuzu kullanan kişilerin doğru kullanmaması fakat derinlemesine temizliğin her gün yapılmadığı da çok açıktı. Bardan faydalanalım diye düşündük alkollü hiçbir içki yine içilebilecek kalitede değildi. Şarap markası piyasada bulunan en ucuz şarap. Hiçbir kokteyl türü yok. Bugüne kadar yurtiçi/yurtdışı onlarca her şey dahil alkollü otelde konakladım, hiçbirinde böyle şeyler ne gördüm ne yaşadım. Fiyat performans diyen kişilerin bekl
