The owners are aggressive and physically shoved me out of their office, shameful behavior! I booked and paid in full for 8 nights and on arrival after a two day trip from Sydney was told that they were new owners and no longer accept people staying in tents even though their website shows pictures of people staying in tents, has a section to take booking for tents and take peoples money when they book a site for a tent. They are still yet to refund my money so I am sleeping in a bus shelter as I have no other funds for accommodation.

We stayed during the carnival of flowers weekend and even though it was busy it wasn't full. The amenities may be dated but were extremely clean. It is a well maintained park and the staff are super pleasant and helpful. The Park is relatively central and close to supermarkets, fuel station and foodaries close by. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Spacious, flat sites made manoeuvring the motorhome very easy. Amenities were older but very clean. Gardens and surroundings were tidy and well maintained. Staff were very helpful and obliging when our friends who joined us there had a sick daughter. Walking distance to Southern Hotel for a meal or shops for groceries.

I really like this caravan park. It has a friendly vibe and everything is easy. Most concrete slabs are large enough to accommodate van and living area. This time I had a corner block which meant a smaller slab but it was still fine 🙂. I like that guests are provided with keys to acess the amenities block, rather than remember codes, although I can imagine this can be a big hassle if people forget to return them. Amenities are very clean. There is a lovely public park with great walking tracks to exercise my dogs. It is very close to shops and the main road, but very quiet. Well done guys, this was my fourth visit and I will be back.

Can't check in until noon. Can't have a drive through site. Our caravan site didn't have a slab and there was no real parking for our vehicle. The grassy area was sloped too much for comfort on chairs or at a table. The doors to the amenities are warped and don't close properly. Note on amenities says there are unauthorised people on site so for safety pull door shut. People were not pulling the door shut, did not feel safe at all. Why didn't management fix the doors! They have not closed on their own for the last two years. New owners changing the rules and do not respect repeat, respectable customers. We will not be back.

The unit is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The unit is quiet and away from road noise. The fold out bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have used. Easy to drive to and a large caravan park below the units. Enjoyed our one night stay. Thank you team.

Great place central to all things of interest in Toowoomba and surrounds, very clean apartment 2 bedrooms, spacious, very courteous helpful park managers. BBQ and cooking facilities spotless, would definitely come back again.

Wendy and Vaughan, from the day we checked in to the day we left, they haven't been anything more than amazing. The park is clean and peaceful. We stayed on Big 4, but this place is 100% better at all levels. This is our favourite place in Toowoomba. If you are coming to Toowoomba, you MUST stay here. You will not BE DISAPPOINTED.
