"There's a children's swimming pool, and lots of kids and parents were playing there. The hotel is huge, and the swimming pool is huge too. There's a lake across the street, and the area is still under construction. You can walk around the surrounding area, but there's not much to see or do."

Ensin kun tarkistimme, konserni oli krabby, mutta kun huoneet A/C eivät toimineet, hän tuli tarkistaa se perusteellisesti ja sanoi voivansa panna meidät toiseen huoneeseen, kun hän tarkisti muut huoneet A/C varmistaakseen, että se toimii. Se oli pienempi huone, mutta lämpöaallon aikana A/C, se oli hieno!"

"The manager was so disrespectful and talking down to me, when I asked to check in early. He was mad and yelling at me. I decided not to stay and went and got another hotel that was respectful to me in every way, and checked in early with no issues and no extra fee. I would recommend to ever stay with your hotel with that person in charge. I should be able to get my money back after being treated in the manner I was. But was afraid to ask as he was so angry. But it would be nice for management to see if got a full refund."
