The front desk staff was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

Just say no to this hotel. It seems clean, but smells awful which shades the whole experience. Needs a remodel. The liners on the tub floor to keep from slipping were peeling up. The hotel looks dated. Needless to say, I will not save a few dollars to stay there again.

We stayed at a Quality Inn in Kearney NE and Alex was the mgr on duty on the morning shift and did a fantastic job. He was working his tail off and was very helpful. Helping customers, keeping breakfast stocked, professional & courteous. Seems like a young professional with the ‘right stuff’. The hotel was in good shape, clean & well managed with responsive management.

I was very disappointed in this stay. The bed was very uncomfortable and felt like it’d fall to the floor when we sat on it. The drawers were beat up on the dresser. The bathroom was really small. If this would have been a 60/70 dollar stay, it’d have been acceptable but not over $100.

We often stay at Quality Inn’s when we travel. They’re not fancy, but always clean with very few of those little things that you find in a lesser quality Motel. Not so this time; A slow bathtub drain, small mold spots in the bathtub, a broken room coffee maker, a ridiculously lacking breakfast room; no bread or ham, 2 kinds of sugary cereal, no eggs or meat. Etc. Next time, we’ll have double check, even if it us a Quality Inn

Clean, comfortable accommodations. The room was nicely done, but showed signs of repair from years of use. Carpet was in good condition, shower was hot, A/C was cold. Pool was a nice temp and was perfect for stretching out the muscles after a day of driving. Breakfast had a decent variety but was not as big as some of the other Choice hotel properties. There was cereal, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, muffins, make your own waffle, etc. This hotel doesnt have a "breakfast" staff member the way some of the others do, everything was prepackaged or do yourself.

We booked this hotel because we were coming for a family reunion. Our family had booked these rooms for a cheap price. However, I wish we would have stashed a little extra away and stayed somewhere else. It did what it was suppose to, it gave us a place to sleep. However, I have spent at least $30 less at a hotel that provided more. Or at least in a better state. The issues started when we first walked through the door. We tried to check in early and we only got attitude from the front desk person. There was no compromising. When we were finally able to check in they almost weren't able to find our reservation. I had called earlier in the week because I had not gotten a confirmation email and they told me it was under one name, then when I checked in it was under a different name. Once we were in our room, my son was looking around because one time he found a baseball and was excited to keep it, he found a shriveled up old piece of fruit under the bed. I took it down to the front desk and all they could say was "Eww that is gross. I'm sorry." We didn't spend much time in our room. The bed was ok but it was moved with the slightest of touch. The breakfast was a joke the next morning. You get what you pay for rings truer here then ever. The elevator scared me to ride. It always felt like it was going to fall off the cords. I would not recommend staying here if you want something more than a cot to sleep on.

This place was dirty, smelled like dog urine,stained carpets and the breakfast area was disorganized. Disgusting. They should have separate rooms for dogs. The in room coffee pot had stale water in it. The elevator was filthy. Need upgrading!

Everything in breakfast area was empty. Front desk attendant said they've been booked solid and can't replenish until supply truck comes. Yet, she didn't refill waffle or coffee station which was empty. Yogurt refrigerator and bread box were empty. There was NOTHING except coffee or plain instant oatmeal packets. Attendent was chatting with male friend visiting and never refilled waffle or coffee as promised. She said she'd call manager but manager won't answer phone and is on vacation for 2 weeks. When asked about partial refund, they propped up a sign to go eat at a nearby restaurant and get 10% off. Literally yelling in front of other guests asks "What do you want me to do?" "There's no food." When asked for a pitcher of water or ice for kids, she suggested they go solo to fitness center. I explained it wasn't easy to send kids back n forth but she said..."ITS RIGHT THERE. It was warm water in tiny cups. Literally ruined the end of my trip.
