Stayed here in june for a week, a lovely small family run complex, Katerina and her family treat their guests like family friends and will make sure you have an enjoyable stay without being intrusive. They book trips and hire cars for you at a reasonable price and give guidance on local bars. The apartments are basic but comfortable and AC included and a fridge/kitchen area (no cooking facilities though but not an issue if you are using for room only basis). Minor issues were the clothes storage facilities (just a hanging rail and 3 small bedside drawers so may have to live out of suitcase) and the shower (very small with curtain, but this is common in this type of accommodation) my review would have been 5 star if these weren't an issue. As it's only 12 rooms there's plenty of pool space, I think local family and friends allowed to use in late afternoon if not busy but not an issue. The bar is open from 8.30am until 8-9pm depending on how busy they are and also serves breakfast/lunch snacks. They open late one night for karaoke. Excellent location away from the main "party" strip which is 5-10min walk away. However, plenty of lovely restaurants next to complex all friendly and reasonably priced. Occasionally you can hear music from the bars but most days it's peaceful. Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay and will return one day!

Pool and garden are lovely. Fantastic location at the quieter end of Kavos, but within easy walking distance of the strip if that's what you want. Mixture of nationalities and ages at the hotel. Rooms are basic but adequate and lovely and clean.Katarina and the girls are lovely, serve food and drinks till 8.30 at night. They can't do enough to help you, and been local they know a lot about the area. Happy to organise taxis and trips. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would love to come back

Katerina & her family have made our stay absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful, cannot do enough to accommodate you. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, offered recommendations for things to do/places to eat. The apartments are clean & in a quiet area. The pool area was lovely, staff brought food/drink to your lounger or table area. We never had any trouble getting a sun lounger and also had plenty of opportunity to lounge on the comfortable sun beds. Food was lovely and wasn’t expensive. Great location, close to supermarkets/chemists/beach/restaurants. Would definitely recommend

I've never felt so looked after in all the time I've travelled abroad. A small family run block of apartments. Their service is five star. So friendly and helpful. The block of 12 apartments are well looked after and although to be fair, they are nothing special, but what is in a place like Kavos, if you want five star you pay for it. Here your apartments are looked after, they are clean and comfortable, that's all you need. Added to the first class service from everyone working here you just cannot go wrong. We were given lists of great restaurants to visit and where to hire a car. Less than a 1 year old Kia for 80 euros cash for 2 days, cannot go wrong. We were even helped with where to visit. Lower floor apartments are all next to the pool and upper have a great view of it. You are just off a road with exceptional restaurants and 3 to 5 minute walk from the beach. I highly recommend this place. Make sure you bring protection for mosquitos though. And the karaoke night all though not my thing was great fun. Thank you to everyone here for your great service and for looking after us. Even to the point where they had to come out to us at night due to an electrical fault, which meant I could not use essential medical equipment. They just want to help. We will be coming back.
