Great experience! Easy check in… very straightforward! Room and toilet very clean. Great location, close to old town, walking distance to center. Recommended.

The location is perfect, right by the old town square and main attractions but the carpet is heavily stained by bleach and dirt. As I arrived at the room, I found an open Champagne bottle from whoever had been staying the night before and the housekeepers forgot to take. That was very disappointing for the price. Breakfast selection was really poor and did not look fresh. I would not recommend this hotel.

No signs of life No other humans. Automatic check-in with code. Automatic check out. No sign of other guests. No hotel staff. Lovely suite with all the luxuries. Perfect stay but a bit strange to see no one

This "hotel" is more like an Air B&B - there is no reception desk, and the room code is texted to you. Everything is done over a WhatsApp number, which they claim to be 24/7 but they only replied to my messages during normal hours. The parking only has 8 spaces in front of the property. Also, if you drive a GASOLINE powered vehicle you will be charged an emission zone fee of 2 Euros EACH TIME you drive into Old Town (which is where the property is located). The "hotel" did not tell me this enforcement by the city was in effect since September 2024 and were unprofessional in assisting me with paying all of the fees I owed when checking out. If you have EV, you do not need to pay this fee. I would not stay here again. A very basic place that claims to be something they are not.

Nice and posh place, and also good location to the city centre

The remote check-in was easier than I expected. The parking was free if you can get a spot and just stay there for the duration of your stay. Kaunas is a beautiful city! And this property was in the perfect spot for restaurants, shopping, churches and museums. Nice big rooms and bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable! We would stay here again.

3 friends visiting kaunas for the weekend We had a Bad Overall experience. The Room wasn't at all as shown in the pictures. The air inside the room was stale, kind of musty. Breakfast and cleaning were ok. The only pro was the location Price definitely not in line for a 4 star hotel offer

Not the easiest check in process Check in not straight forward with no one on site. You have to pay €1 city tax prior but never got confirmation on exactly how so had to call a call center in lobby and figure it out for 15 minutes.

Caution! Un-staffed hotel. It was not specified that in the description that this is an un-staffed hotel. First after the booking i got an email saying that it was an "automatic checkin system". When we arrived we needed a room number and a code, which was supposed to be sent by Email, which they had not sent me. Had to start our stay in their phone queue. The toilet was not properly cleaned. Otherwise nice room. The breakfast was mediocre. I expected better for the price of 70€

Not visiting this place again :( Old hotel with no elevator and no reception. Need an upgrade. The price does absolutely not match what you get, not value for money ☹️ The cleaning girls were very kind and helpful though.

Great location, good breakfast, but hotel just ok Booked it for convenience to explore Kaunas. The location is fantastic - one block from the City Hall Square (Rotuses Aikste). There are no people working there, you have to call to check in or pay through the link to check in, even though we prepaid for the room. Based on pictures, the room was supposed to be larger and on the upper floor, we paid extra for it, but got the basic room on the ground floor. After 40 min spent trying to check in while messaging with the hotel through the WhatsApp, we finally got room info and code to get in via WhatsApp again. No forewarning about this and not very efficient. The room was not decorated and dark, no artwork on the walls, just gray everywhere. The room was cold (15°). No water provided in the room (except paid one), and a mini fridge with a paid mini bar inside. One of the most uncomfortable and hard mattresses we ever slept on while travelling. We paid for breakfast, selection, quality of options and the variety were good. Some dilapidation (broken tile in the bathroom, pealing caulk), overall did not feel like a four star hotel, eapecially for twice as much as most other places in the area.
