"Suuri sijainti ja palvelu - erittäin huolellinen, reagoiva ja tukeva henkilöstö. Ruoka oli vain hyväksyttävä (okei/s.s.). Mutta yleiskokemus ei ollut niin suuri, kun hotelli näyttää ja tuntuu hyvin väsynyt ja juoksee. Huonekalujen ja huoneiston tila oli hyvin voimakasta. Sänky ja sänky on korvattava pian (todennäköisesti kaikki yli 20-vuotiaat, ja se näyttää/haisee!). Koko paikka tarvitsee korjaus ja kasvojen nosto täyttää Radisson standardit. Siihen asti se on 2 tai 3-star hotelli parhaalla mahdollisella tavalla. Ei mitään lähellä 4-star ja 5-star ole kysymykseen."
