Excellent Hotel. Very nice staff. Rooms are very clean and nice. Air con, shower pressure, all was great. Will recommend everyone this hote.

Had a terrible experience during our stay at Ramada, Katra. I and my wife stayed for two days Nov 17-19, 2024. Went for Darshan and reached back at the hotel late around 1:00 am. Ordered food in the room - Roti, Paneer, raita. Within an hour or so, both of us started developing symptoms of food poisoning - vomiting, loose motions, cramps. Both of us. Checked out next day. Submitted a complaint. Response was - it happens sometimes when you are tired. Maybe, but when it happens to two people at the same time, after eating exactly the same food, the problem is obviously with the food. The manager made sympathetic noises and offered to get some Khichdi made. Somehow reached home. It’s been four days and both of us are still trying to recover. Rest - room quality, facilities- etc were good. - Deepak

Hotel is located in a good place and the staff was friendly but wifi is not working properly.
