Reached the hotel at midnight with my family including eldies(70+) and a kid. Firstly, the person at the front desk had no manners to greet and offer us even a glass of water. On the contrary, he took extra-long 30 mins to complete the check in formalities. FYI, the rooms were already booked, and the advance payment was already done. Finally had to request to serve the water which was being served in parts but not for the complete family altogether. The staff members are so unkind and very inhuman. We all were exhausted on the day of check out and requested for a couple of hours late check out. Shockingly, the person on the phone, Mr. Deepak, arrogantly dropped the telephone by yelling on me that we want you to vacate the rooms asap as the next guests are expected soon. I had to request him number of times to allow us some extra time but all in vain. The rooms aren't properly cleaned. The sheets are dirty. The shuttle service has their own rules and regulations. On the whole, had one of the worst experiences. I would firmly recommend you NOT to book this hotel or else you would regret your decision.

At the time of check-in, the hotel room was not ready. They informed us that the previous family had not checked out on time. As a result, we had to wait for 30 minutes before we could get our room. The pick and drop service for the darshan was also disappointing. I waited for approximately 1 hour for the drop-off. When we called the hotel for pickup from banganga at 8:05 pm, they refused, stating that their services operate only from 8 am to 8 pm. I explained that i have two kids, and we were not in a position to use public transport since we were returning from bhawan, but they did not accommodate us.
