Very supportive and humble service staff. Very clean room's Ample parking space. Good sunlight in room feels very good and nice in winter. Food is also good. Very spacious room with 24 hrs water. It is near by the starting point of the tracking to temple. Also, provide free taxi service for dropping the point.

If you want a comfortable journey in katra then you can stay in mount view hotel. The comfort vibe is pure. Staff is also very good Pure hygiene maintained by hotel employees You can park your car or any vehicles very safely. Near to vaishno devi mandir.

I have stayed here for two days .the hotel is very nice and the staff is too polite .we were served breakfast of our choice and taste .amazing hospitality.Mr Sharma is very cooperative and they also allow us early check in . housekeeping staff is very cooperative well mannered over all this hotel service is really good

Hotel mountview stay was very good Location was perfect Cab service banganga drop free of cost driver was very cooperative. Food was very good and reasonable prices Housekeeping staff and service very good Room very beautiful hill view was amazing super deluxe room was very good all amenities ok washroom was very clean .

Lovely comfortable stay..hospitality commendable and cleanliness outstanding.. Among budget hotels it is a paisa vasool. In the market near bbus stand. Transport available conveniently. We had done advance booking and the staff was very co operative during the same.

Hotel stay was very comfortable.hotel staff was very helpfull and full cooperative .room view was very good . Location was near to main chowk katra vaishnodevi Wifi service very good Indian haveli resturant food was delicious. Banganga drop service was good all service excellent 10/10

.stay was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and full supportive. Housekeeping service and staff was very good Spa service available......... WiFi service excellent.. Cab service banging drop free of cost Railway station reasonable charges Locker facilities good ....

I stayed for a long time of around 15 years at the hotel mountview Katra the hotel staff were incredible friendly I spend 2 days in Katra I glad we spent it in this hotel if delicious food is your then in their in house Indian haveli restaurant the staff is courteous the mangement is well manner Friendly and whole environment makes you feel welcome and safe
