We visited Ikos Odisia for the second time in October 2024 (previous visit was in the opening summer season of 2023). We loved it in 2023 but 2024 was even better! The staff cannot do enough for you. It’s so nice to go back to a resort where you know the set up & can immediately relax into your holiday but what really makes it special is when the staff remember you & are so pleased to welcome you back. It was wonderful to be greeted from our transfer by the amazing Anastasia - such a wonderful host & a true credit to the brand. Upon sitting down in the lobby bar for a welcome drink & check in we were served by Achilles (who we had originally met in Aria in 2022 & then were pleased to see him running the Deluxe pool bar in 2023) who had been recognised for his amazing skills & had been promoted to Lobby bar manager. In 2023 the service in the lobby wasn’t amazing but this has definitely been turned around for 2024. Ikos really do listen & act upon the customer feedback. As always the service in all of the restaurants is fantastic which only adds to the enjoyment of the fabulous food & wine. The resort is really coming into bloom now with all of the landscaping looking more colorful now that it is all maturing. It is so picturesque here with so much to look at & with such incredible views, especially from Elia & Oliva. We love to travel but equally we love it so much here we have booked to return (& are bringing friends with us to experience this amazing resort) in October 2025. I wonder how we’ll be wow’d this time! Thank you Ikos for another great holiday.

I do not recommend this hotel at all, as its management does not care about guests. They do not care about feedback unless it is posted on social media. This was communicated to us by Kristina Hudacova, the reception duty manager, who demanded time from my wife and promised us a discount without any reason, just so we wouldn’t post comments on social media. We never had such an intention, but apparently, offering discounts and promises are the management’s way of responding. We had a very nice vacation, we had small issues, but nothing significant enough to ruin our beautiful family moments. We work so hard and when we have vacations we want just a good service and relaxation. Definitely a beautiful place, with lots of smiles from the staff. The hotel is massive, and the rooms comfortable and modern. Lot of choices of food, big variety of wines and cocktails, huge beach, snacks at pools, live music every night, excursion with complimentary cars, little untrained staff... but very friendly at least. Although we had a very nice vacation, the moment the manager got in touch with us, all the problems started. So many phone calls from guests relations, in one evening we got 2 phone calls from different people asking for feedback. That day, the duty reception manager called us and insisted to meet and my wife left us and went to spoke with her. Then we received two more calls, after a couple of hours, from different people asking us for comments. After 2 days again the same, phone calls asking for feedback. The last day again....... We went to the reception, where we were told to speak with another manager without asking that but in the end, we were waiting and didn’t speak to anyone. We just wanted to have a relaxing time. All we wanted was to speak with Kristina, who was the one that contacted us, decided to offer us a gift (we never never never asked for anything), and she talked about posts on social media. We never brought it up, and as a result, she disappeared. The funny thing!!! Before we leave, another one person called us asking for feedback and a good review but the manager was nowhere for us. A huge chaos that definitely doesn’t resemble a hotel of this category. The other part of our family? Never had a phone call asking for feedback!!!!! If you give comments in this hotel, a chaos starts which will ruin your vacations. Also, even though we were asked to rate with a 10/10!!!! we never received the evaluation form in our email, even though the rest of the family did. Perhaps kristina chose for us not to give comments, Unbelievable!!!! Since my wife posted her feedback, the management’s behavior changed, as they suddenly started to care about us. Perhaps now the duty desk Manager remembered us, the one we asked to speak to multiple times but who didn’t have the time because there was no concern about social media at that moment. It's also very annoying when they don't care if 11 people choose to pay for your hotel for a vacatio

Terrible management practices by those responsible for running the hotel. We do not want to return, nor do we want your discount or for you to contact us, as you had your chance when we approached you. If I may offer one piece of advice: teach your staff as this lady not to be so careless and cold when hearing feedback. Learn to listen to your guests, and keep your promises instead of disappearing. We are not that kind of cheap profiteering people who publish and asking for discounts. Please respect and do not contact us;

All the Ikos hotels are fabulous…and Ikos Odisia is certainly no exception. Everything is extremely high quality: the rooms, the restaurants and definitely the staff. It is all run extremely professionally. It’s probably unfair to mention anyone in particular, but I do just have to thank Christos, Fiori, Stamatis, Iannis, Dora (and so many others too, really). And of course the incomparable Thanos..he’s a legend. Having visited many hotels around the world, if there are better places to be than Ouzo for breakfast or Elia for dinner, then I don’t know them. Wonderful…! Thank you to everyone at Ikos Odisia…!

The hotel is an ideal vacation spot, but the staff is completely indifferent. We are a family of 11 people who gather every year to spend our holidays together. When we arrived at the reception, there was chaos, we experienced delays, and the hotel lobby was a mess. We arrived at 6 AM and only got into our rooms at 8 AM. We requested to visit an à la carte restaurant, but we were informed that it was not allowed since we had just arrived, and our only option was the buffet. The next day, everything was relatively pleasant, and we thought the bad impression would be limited to the first day. Upon our arrival, the lady who took our passports suggested we should spend a morning on a boat trip, which was free and offered by the hotel. She told us we needed to be at the dock at 10 AM and that no reservation was required. So we did, only to find out that a reservation was indeed necessary, and the boat departed at 11 AM. That same afternoon, when I mentioned this at the reception and explained that we were given wrong information, the young man at the desk suggested I should speak to the guests relations manager. When I asked why, he said I should complain to her. I sat on a sofa and waited for 15 minutes before asking again where this person was. The response was that she was with another guest handling complaints. of course, I didn’t wait. The worst happened the next day when we received a questionnaire via email to rate our experience up to that point. Given all that had happened, combined with mistakes in our orders, I rated it 6/10. Almost immediately, I got a phone call from the duty desk manager, Kristina Hudakova, asking to speak with me. She asked me to come to the reception and meet her, which I did. Although she looked at me expressionlessly, so typical in her responses, she offered me a discount for our next stay. I told her that I had no such intention, as we spend more than 30 thousand pounds annually as a family and would not request such a thing, nor do we use platforms to leave public reviews. That, I would say, was my big mistake—telling her that none of us uses social media. She thanked me and told me she would confirm the discount before we leave the hotel. Nobody, never asked us again how was our vacations. On our last evening at the hotel, and unfortunately having faced various minor issues, I asked for Kristina, but she was unavailable. I told the receptionist to inform her and when she is available to contact me. The next morning, I asked again at the reception, incredibly frustrated as we had been pleading for an hour and a half to have our luggage picked up. When I asked for Kristina again, I was told she was somewhere in the lobby. I started searching for her myself but couldn’t find her, so I asked for her email address. After a delay caused by mistakes with our bill that had to be corrected, we finally left. I sent an email to Kristina but never received a response. Maybe because we do not use social media. Great hotel with amazing food Great hotel with excellent food. Cons: 1. Kids room seemed to be boring for kids if you decline to go to water entertainments. 2. Name me a good reason why I can book this hotel with min 4 days of stay via ******* while you can book directly even 1 night. Solve this please.

Ikos Odisia is such a stunning resort. Beautifully landscaped gardens, pristine pools, restaurants that all have individual flair - just a gorgeous resort. This is the first time we have visited an Ikos resort, which we chose based on the exceptional plant-based options they have. Both my husband and I are plant based, and we also like to be quite active on holiday, so the balance of insanely good food and a plethora of activities to chose from was amazing. We stayed for 7 nights, and even though there were a couple of days of rain and some strong winds, we couldn't have loved the trip more. So much so, that on the penultimate day, I booked a trip for June 2025! There are too many people to shout out - but HUGE thanks to the very attentive deluxe pool staff - really really amazing and nothing was ever a problem. Thanos was our concierge and just made us feel so welcomed. He sent us lovely check-in messages each morning and evening, and again, nothing was an issue - we were so well looked after. I was especially happy with being provided a standard room for the day of our check-out as we weren't leaving until very late, so we had to move out of our Deluxe room - but to make sure we still had somewhere to go/relax/change etc - Thanos organised a standard room for us! Amazing service which was so appreciative. Now - the Deluxe room. Oh my goodness - what can I say. Phenomenal. We had a room overlooking the sea and it was HUGE. Absolutely divine - loads of room for all our belongings, massive bathroom with a double basin, loads of storage and a tub I could likely swim in. This trip was fabulous and we can't wait for next June when we get to experience it all over again!

Having been to a few Ikos resorts it felt like time to see Odisia, the resorts are always better after they have had some time to settle in and the gardens grow. Travelled late sept with my mother and young son. In a nutshell, Odisia is amazing, to the point that I can't see a reason to ever return to somewhere like Andalusia as Odisia is so much better on all levels, unless you hate walking. We stayed in the garden village which is great for young kids as it has a splash pad for kids, also the pools there were heated slightly warmer than the other pools we tried in the 3 other clusters, the hotel said they were all heated to the same temperature but this wasn't the case on our visit. We stayed in a pretty standard room which had a garden and pool view, unlike other ikos resorts this room was large, and had a big outdoor areas with a dining table and loungers. Major plus with a young child was that these rooms in the garden area have a gate which opens up directly into the pool area, so we could get loungers straight outside of our room so no need to fill bags of pool things everyday. The waiting staff here were great throughout our trip, and will serve you by the pool and in your garden. This only happens in the garden area as in all the other areas there is a gap between the rooms and the pool area. Also because the garden village is smaller than the other pool areas you get served quicker, in the main pool area it can take a while to be served due to the size of the area. The resort itself is large, and only ever two storey so seems like half the rooms have gardens, so there aren't any bad rooms. The size of the resort gives it a nice spread out luxury feel, different from a hotel you usually get. The resorts feels more open with space everywhere. The beach is great with a calm see which isn't deep so great for kids. A highlight for me and one of the key reasons I go back to ikos is the food and drink, again this was a highlight of our trip, can't fault any of the meals we had, and the views from all are stunning. Favourite for views is Elia, I don't think you'll find a more stunning setting anywhere. As mentioned the resort is large but we never felt the walks were too far, we had a 74yr old and a 4yr old with a pushchair and fixing have an issue the whole trip, there are buggy's flying around to use but they weren't easy to get, but like I said it never felt far to anywhere, I have read some people moaning about this but being blunt unless you have a disability it's laziness. A real plus for the trip was the sunset boat cruise that leaves every evening outside of Ouzo, it was a stunning trip and being included without extra cost is another plus over other ikos resorts. So for me Odisia sets a new standard for holidays, and Ikos Holidays, as close to perfection as I have seen. Only comment I would make is be careful when you go due to the weather, we went late sept and were increadibly lucky as the two weeks before had been bad, and
