I do not recommend this hotel at all, as its management does not care about guests. They do not care about feedback unless it is posted on social media. This was communicated to us by Kristina Hudacova, the reception duty manager, who demanded time from my wife and promised us a discount without any reason, just so we wouldn’t post comments on social media. We never had such an intention, but apparently, offering discounts and promises are the management’s way of responding. We had a very nice vacation, we had small issues, but nothing significant enough to ruin our beautiful family moments. We work so hard and when we have vacations we want just a good service and relaxation. Definitely a beautiful place, with lots of smiles from the staff. The hotel is massive, and the rooms comfortable and modern. Lot of choices of food, big variety of wines and cocktails, huge beach, snacks at pools, live music every night, excursion with complimentary cars, little untrained staff... but very friendly at least. Although we had a very nice vacation, the moment the manager got in touch with us, all the problems started. So many phone calls from guests relations, in one evening we got 2 phone calls from different people asking for feedback. That day, the duty reception manager called us and insisted to meet and my wife left us and went to spoke with her. Then we received two more calls, after a couple of hours, from different people asking us for comments. After 2 days again the same, phone calls asking for feedback. The last day again....... We went to the reception, where we were told to speak with another manager without asking that but in the end, we were waiting and didn’t speak to anyone. We just wanted to have a relaxing time. All we wanted was to speak with Kristina, who was the one that contacted us, decided to offer us a gift (we never never never asked for anything), and she talked about posts on social media. We never brought it up, and as a result, she disappeared. The funny thing!!! Before we leave, another one person called us asking for feedback and a good review but the manager was nowhere for us. A huge chaos that definitely doesn’t resemble a hotel of this category. The other part of our family? Never had a phone call asking for feedback!!!!! If you give comments in this hotel, a chaos starts which will ruin your vacations. Also, even though we were asked to rate with a 10/10!!!! we never received the evaluation form in our email, even though the rest of the family did. Perhaps kristina chose for us not to give comments, Unbelievable!!!! Since my wife posted her feedback, the management’s behavior changed, as they suddenly started to care about us. Perhaps now the duty desk Manager remembered us, the one we asked to speak to multiple times but who didn’t have the time because there was no concern about social media at that moment. It's also very annoying when they don't care if 11 people choose to pay for your hotel for a vacatio
