The hotel is great, management and staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. 10 days all inclusive, pool, beach and delicious food and drink. Easily rented a car in reception and walked up to the main road to get the bus. All round wonderful

We want to sincerely thank the entire staff at Diogenis Blue Palace for making our visit genuinely remarkable. We were greeted with great hospitality, warmth, and kindness as soon as we got there. We would especially like to thank Kosta for his exceptional professionalism and sincere concern for each and every visitor; your time and helpfulness truly improved our stay. We also want to express our sincere gratitude to Chef Elias, whose culinary creations were nothing short of extraordinary; each meal was a flavorful and loving journey. Finally, a special thank you to the owner, Mr. Dimitris, for establishing such a warm and familial atmosphere. We felt at home because of your presence and personal touch. The hotel is immaculately kept, the personnel is very welcoming, and the ambience is charming, tranquil, and warm. In addition to its location and amenities, we heartily recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Crete because of the amazing staff who manage it with passion. I appreciate everything you've done. Amazing hotel would definitely recommend the staff are amazing, head chef ilias cooks amazing tasty food and the entertainment is amazing. A beach just across the road the pool on site is lovely had lots of fun can't wait to come back love you guys and girls 🙂

Just come back from our holiday at the Diogenis. We stayed at this hotel last year and due to the location and friendliness of the staff we decided to vacation there again this year and I have to say it didn't disappoint. We checked in late at night and after dropping off our suitcases where taken back to the restaurant where we could have something to eat and a long awaited cappuccino. We had the same rooms as last year which were located outside the hotel just below the Shish Doctor Cocktail Bar. The rooms were clean and tidy and maintained daily. Give a big shout out for Benny the Barman and Ivan who both recognised us from last year and looked after our needs and requirements always with a smile and of course couldn't complete this review without saying a big thank you to Ilias the Executive Chef who looked out for us by reserving our favourite table everyday and always making sure we were happy and enjoying the food which was excellent at all meal times. We also want to say a Big Thank You to the Manager and Staff who we didnt get their names but were also so friendly. After saying all this it will be no surprise that we will be booking again for our 2026 holiday at the Diogenis Blue Palace xx

We stayed as 3 friends in this hotel for 5 nights. We'd asked if we could have an accessible room, which the hotel were happy to help with. The room we had was 1 double bed in the main room, 1 single bed in another room and a double bed up some rather steep stairs with a dodgy balcony, so we didn't use that bed, but managed anyway. The location is gorgeous!! We had a sea room view right outside. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The facilities are very, very basic for all inclusive. Tea and coffee are not provided and neither is a kettle,cups, cutlery. We'd brought our own tea bags and asked reception for a kettle. Drinks at the bar are very limited, so if you drink vodka, gin etc, buy your own. The main buffet is quite cramped. Be prepared to wait at 12.30pm to try and get a table. We hired a car and travelled around most days, so this didn't bother us, but it may others. The bar underneath the hotel is nothing to do with the hotel, but I wouldn't recommend you go there unless you like being ignored. It's not cheap either, approx €10 a cocktail. The supermarkets on either side stock everything you would need. Sunbeds are a nightmare to get on the beach unless you get up early. I think I would go to this hotel again, purely for that sea view, but have definitely stayed in better hotels.
