The service was really great and the hotel is convenient.

Very poor service of this hotel. I asked them to deliver bedsheet because of torn bed sheet was there. The front guy come to the room capture the pic and left. I called at front desk he told me housekeeping is not available now and he don’t know where is bedsheet located. I didn’t sleep whole night. I request to trip.com to contact them and deliver bedsheet for me. They didn’t help to me only take my time. Totally disappointed!!

I was with my elderly parents so I had difficulties to step up stairs to lobby and also the restaurant which is in 6th floor need to step up stairs from 5th floor otherwise fine

Not a clean hotel but the location is good and they offer a free shuttle to the airport.

Changed Hotel after 1 night, Lines dirty, hair all over linens, Window in floor 1 was not closing, The Shower was right near toilet paper and when you shower toilet paper gets completely wet ,

This hotel is very convenient to Kathmandu international airport as it is right across the street (however, it is on a very busy street so didn’t seem possible to walk). There is free transfer service from the hotel which is appreciated. However, when the car came to get us, the driver had some guy with him who grabbed our luggage and demanded a pretty high tip. The driver didn’t stop it and so we had to pay the tip. I told the hotel and they said we shouldn’t have. The hotel was mildly clean. Sheets were stained and while they looked clean, there was substantial staining. The room was run down and the hotel was quite loud given it was on a busy street. Price was reasonable. It was ok for a night but i wouldn’t stay here again personally.

As the hotel is directly across the street from the international Terminal (transfer to both terminals on offer), the hotel is perfect for an overnight layover in Kathmandu. The rooms are of good size and comfy . Everything is clean to local standards.

We've used this hotel several times now. It's literally across the road from International arrivals and only a 5 minute walk to departures. However a free transfer is also provided. The rooms are Avery good size, a couple of armchairs as well as king sized beds. Everything is clean and tidy and the buffet breakfast is more than passable.

I booked the hotel through online but when i told my name at the reception they couldn't find it. After taking a lot of time they finally found it. When I went to check the room, it was filthy. It was already midnight so i said to change only duvets but what they did was just overturned the duvets. That is disgusting and unacceptable. I am not going to stay again.

The hotel is a fair hotel, very close to the airport, nice breakfast. The hotel failed to respond to messages in a timely manner. I wish there was hot water.

Perfect location to explore local amenities, shopping and airport. Absolutely value for money. Excellent car shuttle service to airport to catch flights. Extremely helpful staff. Room service was brilliant. Amazing viewing area from the roof top restaurant. Will visit again.
