My husband and I just returned from an 8 night vacation at Kasha and had a wonderful time celebrating our first anniversary! The sea view bungalow was perfect for the week- sizable, private and nice decor touches. While some of the touches on the rooms need updating - especially the bathroom- overall it was perfect for our needs. The location is a bit further from some parts of the island but it was perfectly relaxing, quiet and a true getaway. We wanted to be away from heavily touristy areas and this was perfect… when we visited other parts of the island we sighed that we got to return to quiet Kasha. And I got through two books in one week! Also- the staff is incredible- in particular Rashid and Godbless. They made our visit truly wonderful. We took a few day trips around the island and out on the water which enhanced our nice quiet and relaxing days at Kasha. (Don’t miss out on snorkeling- one of the best spots we’ve been for the variety of fish and coral!) Truly couldn’t recommend this place more if you’re looking for somewhere that is nice, quiet and reasonably priced. The breakfast is amazing- and the selection of fresh juices never disappointed. Their salad with mango and avocado is my new favorite dish. Only recommendation is that the restaurant menu include lighter options for the day/lunch and even evenings. Eg - Wraps were very heavy. We also loved our private patio area and plunge pool- great for naps and midday swims. Also saw some interesting island wildlife- including Zanzibar suni, elephant shrews, small snakes (from afar) and giant snails! (And some neighboring goats ☺️). Only other word of caution for those with cat allergies like us, is that the cats that inhabit the compound often nap on the cushions on the patio so be careful before you settle in for your nap post swim! Thanks again to the team at Kasha for a wonderful vacation we’ll cherish!

Wij hadden een poolvilla met eigen plunchpool en zeezicht. Het is een zeer ruim en aangenaam verblijf. Details verdienen echter meer aandacht o.a aanvulling van koffiefaciliteiten en de vervanging van handdoeken. De douchekop was roestig. Het water in de plunchpool is stilstaand (hygiëne?) Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden half pension en het eten was uitstekend. De bediening prima. Wij verbleven 5 nachten wat voor ons iets te lang was. Nadeel er is niet echt een mooi strand. Enkel bij laag water kan je een wandeling maken maar wel tussen rondslingerend afval plastiek autobanden zakken cement enz. Wij wensen met een positieve noot af te sluiten het was een sympathieke ervaring. Hakuna Matata..

Lovely place! Very quiet and relaxing! The AC was super good rooms were nice and cool. The food was also great and drinks were nice! The staff was always working to make our day amazing! Server called God bless was our joy for our whole stay and we could not be happier!

Amazing place, with sea views. The bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in, and also the pillows. The pool spot is the most beautiful I have ever seen. i highly recommend Kasha Boutique Hotel. Rashid will make your stay magic. The chicken chapati is delicious, and you can also emjoy amazing coctels.
