Hotel Neptun is a unique place – located on a vast area, surrounded by a beautiful, well-kept garden. African-style cottages provide comfortable relaxation, and the charming beach, although devoid of umbrellas, offers shade thanks to the trees. There is never a shortage of sunbeds, and the service is extremely polite and professional. The hotel can be recommended with a clear conscience. Thank you everybody in the resort!!! However, it is worth considering the issue of accommodation. The standard room called Delux Garden is located in the further part of the resort. To get a room in the main part of the hotel, you have to pay an additional. Travel – a nightmare that spoils the holiday While the hotel deserves the highest marks, the flight is a tragedy and an example of extreme cost-cutting by Itaka. Holidays begin from the moment of departure, not only after reaching the hotel – therefore the journey should be comfortable. Unfortunately, flying with Enter Air is a disappointment. The plane was not adapted to a long flight – after 9.5 hours of travel (including a stopover in Hurghada, which suggests that the plane is not suitable for such a long flight), the passengers were exhausted. Lack of basic equipment – no USB sockets, no in-flight entertainment, not even blankets, despite the cold night flight. Passengers wrapped themselves in whatever they could find. Absolutely no free amenities – even water is paid for. Intrusive advertising – during the flight, passengers were repeatedly forced to listen to offers to sell perfumes, alcohol and other products. A warning for the future Next time, when choosing a holiday, I will not only be guided by the destination and hotel, but above all by the way of getting there. Flying with Enter Air is the last time – I prefer to pay extra and travel by a scheduled flight, which will provide a minimum of comfort. I understand that some prefer the cheapest options, but I would like to have a choice. The Itaka travel agency should seriously consider cooperation with Enter Air, because for many passengers such a trip may influence the decision to cancel the services of this tour operator. To sum up: Hotel Neptun – YES, Enter Air – DEFINITELY NO.
