"The tatami rooms were all at the very end of the hallway, a bit dirty, and had terrible views. If they had just stated it was an end-of-hallway room, I wouldn't have booked it. The butler only called me after I had already checked in, and then claimed he couldn't find my booking for that day. Originally, I booked for two nights, but I quickly checked out and left. And let me complain about the breakfast. The servers they hired seemed like they were hired through connections – mostly good-looking staff who moved incredibly slowly. Not a single one was efficient. The most outrageous thing was when a large puddle of juice spilled on the floor. A server saw it, turned around, and walked away. I thought she was going to get cleaning supplies, but no, she just moved away to slack off. Guests' shoes were sticking to the juice on the floor! After about twenty minutes? It seemed like the chairman was arriving (I overheard the slacking server say this), and a female supervisor came to inspect. When she saw the mess on the floor, she grabbed a server and told them to get a mop. This is just bizarre! Can't they hire people who actually want to work? Is there no one in Kashgar who knows how to work? You can check the surveillance footage, around 10 AM on August 22nd, near the orange juice machine."

The 3rd and 4th floors even housed a wood carving museum, creating a super photogenic, old-fashioned atmosphere. The service was exceptionally good value. The butler not only confirmed our itinerary in advance and arranged airport pickup, but also thoughtfully prepared local sweet tea and seasonal fruits for afternoon tea. Any questions could be directed to the butler, and breakfast was incredibly lavish and could even be delivered to our room. We happened to be there to take our wedding photos, and the rooftop terrace was absolutely stunning! This trip to Southern Xinjiang was truly unforgettable because of this warmth."

The shuttle driver is handsome and friendly, and the front desk ladies are beautiful. Most importantly, it offers great value for money.
