บรรยากาศ ห้องพักสุดยอด รร. สะอาด กว้างขวางดี มีบ่อออนเซ็นให้แช่ พนง.บริการดีมากมาย ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือ ไม่รับเช็คอินก่อนกำหนดเวลาเลย ถ้าห้องไม่พร้อม น่าจะให้เช็คอินก่อน ฝากสัมภาระ แล้วค่อยกลับมารับกุญแจห้องทีหลังเมื่อพร้อมได้

酒店環境 清潔度: 房間和公共區域都保持得非常乾淨，讓人感到舒適。 設施: 酒店提供的設施一應俱全，讓住宿更加方便。 自助早餐 食物款式: 早餐的選擇多樣。 用餐環境: 早餐區的環境舒適，適合放鬆享用美食。

非常大的飯店，有接駁車接送車站非常方便，地理位置很好，風景很美，以這樣的價格來玩住的非常舒服，四人房西館遠了一點，不過一人一張床，窗外風景也很漂亮🤩

森林小木屋是家庭出遊的好選擇

森林裏很多家庭度假木屋別墅 高級一點的還帶陽台 適合朋友聚會家庭度假親子遊玩。有收費温泉♨️可以泡 一次兩百人民幣。酒店環境非常好 空氣潔凈天空湛藍 就是來吸氧的。

三月，嚟到輕井澤 大小朋友一家大細住小屋 小朋友非常開心， 一出門口就可以玩雪 但係地點就有啲唔方便 要call車先去返reception 

Place are beautiful and big, room is clean, staff are helpful and kind

交通很方便，輕井澤站出來後，走到outlet就有接駁車可以搭到飯店。 這次訂是純住宿，吃飯都去outlet吃。 溫泉有室內跟露天兩種，比較可惜的是沒有賣牛奶。 房間裡的view很漂亮

酒店的環境很好，但是我們住的小木屋有很多小蟲，朋友一晚上説身體癢

The hotel is conveniently located next to the outlet. And the shuttle bus service is quite frequent. The downside is the shuttle bus is a bit small. Also, the hot bath location is too far away from our room in B side. It took us like 8 minutes to go to the hot bath. Especially for family with a child, it’s too far away. Also, the last in time was said to be 1030pm, which is too early for us. The room itself is normal. I can’t say that it is worth the money I spent.

酒店很大，環境優美，房間亦很寬敞。酒店內有不同餐廳，可供客人選擇不同美食。酒店設有溫泉，包括露天風呂。

Location is good with shuttle buses to the station which makes things very convenient. Hot spring in the hotel is wonderful after a day if sightseeing.

enjoy the stay, very convenient location, shuttle service is prompt. downside is hotel did not provide ready drinking water. went during winter, stayed in the chalet house, they have heated floors.
