Savoy Westend Hotel

Good service and nice place for Wellness and Spa. Not so far from downtown.

This hotel is outdated and very overpriced. The pictures are nothing like real life and the spa is old, dirty and you are not allowed to use half the facilities that are listed. We paid double the price due to there being a film festival on which we were not attending.

Rooms were clean, personal is friendly, medical procedures safe and good, food in restaurant is good. But people including staff smoke everywhere outdoors and a smoke gets inside. Meanwhile by Czech law a smoking ban on hotel area and these rules described at lobby. We had a room on the first floor with a window onto the outside staircase where the hotel staff constantly gather for smoke breaks. We did not have an opportunity to open this window! Twice we requested the reception ask staff do not use this area for smoking , but it was useless. Next. There are people of various culture and religion but in sauna some people are naked what not allowed by rules. These are reasons I reduced grate and do not recommend this hotel.
