酒店以及房間設計古典，服務很好。由於每位入住都由同一個管家介紹酒店以及房間，所以整個過程等待了很久。spa區域設施比較老舊。桑拿空間較小，熱水浴缸也有幾個出水口壞掉了。早餐比較單調選擇較少。有缺點並存，但是整體不推薦。

Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Alle Fragen wurden gut beantwortet,Wünsche erfüllt. Tolles Ambiente mit großen Zimmern, Blick auf den See. Exzellentes Frühstück und Abendessen. Schwachpunkt: Straße um See und Hotel.

I recently had an exceptional stay at the Retro Riverside Wellness Resort in Karlovy Vary, and it surpassed all my expectations. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the wellness centre, which is a true sanctuary. Spread over two floors, it offers a variety of facilities including multiple saunas, a hot tub, an indoor swimming pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. The spa treatments available are top-notch, delivered by skilled professionals who ensure a rejuvenating experience. This extensive wellness area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the picturesque surroundings of Karlovy Vary. What truly sets this resort apart is the excellence of its staff. From the moment of arrival, every staff member demonstrated exceptional professionalism and genuine friendliness. They were always ready to assist, making every effort to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their dedication to providing outstanding service significantly enhanced my overall experience. The hotel's location in Březová, near the forest and water dam, offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to the attractions of Karlovy Vary. The on-site restaurant serves a diverse menu of international cuisine, and the breakfast, in particular, was exceptional, providing a perfect start to each day. In summary, my stay at the Retro Riverside Wellness Resort was outstanding. The combination of superb comfort, excellent staff service, and a fantastic wellness centre makes this hotel a perfect choice for anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Karlovy Vary.

Unglaublich tolles Hotel in wunderschöner Lage. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich als Gast in dieser familiären Atmosphäre wirklich pudelwohl . Was besonders auffallend ist, wie sauber alles ist und gepflegt. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt kein gewöhnliches Frühstücksbuffet, sondern alles wird nach Karte oder Wunsch so viel man will frisch zubereitet . Absolute Oberklasse , hab ich so noch nicht erlebt. Auch die Umgebung und Karlsbad spricht für diesen wunderbaren Ort. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Irish people are well known for their warm welcome and great hospitality, so when we travel to a new place and receive even more than expected it is truly appreciated. Metin our head waiter could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Fantastic hotel and highly recommend.

The hotel is very beautiful, well maintained and the staff are very friendly and accommodating! I would especially like to mention the manager Jiri (George), who was exceptionally nice! There however are some things that I must mention, that should be noted. First of all, there is no air conditioning at this hotel and when it’s a hot day, the room is extremely hot at night! It was very uncomfortable! They did change our room on the second night, because our first room was just above the spa, which made it worse. However, even when moved away from the spa, it was still very hot in the room! The second thing that I felt was not good, was the charge for parking. There is nothing around i.e. businesses or houses, they have their own parking lot with plenty of parking, so I found it to be rather “cheap” of them! Especially considering how expensive the hotel is!! I just felt it was in poor taste to charge for it!

Great location, delicious restaurant and friendly staff. Just oné night in the hotel, but the memories till the end of my life , I guess Fór sure I will come back here again and again Thanks a lot fór your hospitality

As part of our Czech Republic visit we looked for a hotel near Karlovy Vary, we came across the Riverside hotel, and we are so happy we found it everything was great, the location, hotel staff, wellness & spa and the breakfast, the hotel is highly recommended and we will certainly come back !!!
