Flora Suites Hotel - All Inclusive

We had low expectations but honestly the worst hotel we have been , not catered for English at all and they don't hide the fact they don't like you ! Food was vile , my kids wouldn't touch it, even the stray dogs wouldn't eat it, air con dripped every day all down the wall and sounded like a helicopter! Wouldn't go back here if it was free !!

Nous avons séjourner 3 nuits au Flora hôtel , dès la réception de la chambre on s aperçoit que le ménage n est pas fait , cheveux au sol miette , salle de bain avec cheveux dans le siphon , moisissure dans la salle de bain , odeur du a là moisissure . Climatisation ou de l eau vous coule dessus pendant votre sommeil . Le tour de la piscine est glissant de nombreux enfants on chuter lors de notre séjour . Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel , cela pourrais être grandement amélioré notamment au niveau de l hygiène mon mari a attrapée une infection à l oreille pendant notre séjour

Absolutely disgusting hotel, where do i start? No drinking water available after 11 anywhere on site, when we asked we were told kitchen is closed even though the water dispenser was in plain sight. No wifi in the rooms, you had to sit downstairs ,air con in only one of the two room family rooms. Ants and worms in the bedrooms. TV was broken . Food was awful, same bland food every day. Pool area was absolutely filthy , 6 of us got severe ear infections from the manky water and had to go to hospital . The reception staff are very nice, they do their best having to deal with the floods of complaints every day. After we complained about the pool we caught a member of staff sneaking under the water slide and pouring in chlorine while kids swam in it. Kids club awful , tried to charge us, bar manager stood there counting down minutes until 11 pm then wouldn’t serve anyone else in the Q, then turned off the lights while we all sat having drinks. DO NOT take a chance on this hotel , you will regret it.

It was absolutely shocking!! Where do I even begin.. The pool in the hotel was filthy and never cleaned! Our bedrooms… 1st room we had black worms in our bathroom and it ended up on our clothes and balcony! Then when we got switched the our second room, balcony door was smashed so ants and bugs were always in our room.. it got that bad, we woke up to ants crawling on our bed! The air conditioner in our room was filled with mould which made me sick too! The food was just awful like it wasn’t even edible! I’ve had canteen food better than what I was being served 2 weeks straight. Management were careless and laughed about the complaints.. housekeeper tried to scam money for my toilet roll and towels that should be included in my room? We paid a lot of money for this experience and it was actually my first time coming to turkey and to deal with this hospitality is beyond me. WOULDNT BOTHER STAYING HERE EVER AGAIN! Fly’s sitting on the food before it’s served like i honestly couldn’t make this up. DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY!

Worst hotel I have very stayed in . It is beyond filthy, within a week about 15 people in the "resort" were ill from dirty pool water. All rushed to hospital in agony. When we spoke to the General Manager Adem Dulger, he was rude , patronising and pretty much said it wasn't his fault and these things happen . Rooms are tiny, false advertising on the website, Love Holidays sold us a pup. said we had a kitchen , we didnt, maggots and ants in the bathroom, broken glass everywhere, there was blood at the pool area for 4 days nobody cleaned it . Avoid this place at all costs it's awful. The food is awful, maggots and dead flies everywhere, no drinking water available anywhere after 11pm, avoid at all costs.

Booked for a week and catfished wouldn't be in it lol do not be fooled by what they have advertised and the reviews on here, no kids club and no entertainment while we were there. Internet can be used in the lobby and stairwell. Rooms were filthy and not cleaned. Beds were made and sheets changed once. If you are in a family room there is only air con in one room. (It was in the 40s) Dogs across the road bark all night long. We are not fussy eaters but struggled to eat. Not even a bit of toast in the morning, burger and chips at snack time was good. If ur a cat person your in your element as they join you in the dinning hall for meals along with the flies ( not the hotels fault but could invest in a few zappers or cover the food) all inclusive drink is beer, gin vodka wine and soft drinks and served in small plastic cups even at lunch and dinner. Not a glass or ceramic cup to be seen. Pool area is bogging until about 9/9:30 as the deck beds are where the guests lie in the evening having drinks and food resulting in ants everywere.The current clientele leave their towels on the deck beds all night so getting a deck bed can prove difficult when a number of ppl complained staff told them there is nothing they can do. Stray dogs come in at night and lie on the deck beds. Shopping centre is walking distance has a supermarket and lovely wee cafe and dominoes is up the road. The wee bus that takes you into kussadsi town is within walking distance from the hotel and takes about 20 mins to get there. Bar staff are lovely limited English. Hotel could be good if it was managed differently. Information pack on arrival with info on how to get to kussadsi and a map of the area as the beach bus dropped us off but never came back and we had to find our way back on foot (not a taxi or bus about).
