Front desk manger and front desk staff are sneaky ( there's offer says the dinner $22 after we had it they charged us almost $40 per person.. I have pictures of the offer and the bill.. any way they have to be sorry for that ...

A lovely hotel and a lovely experience! Then design is definitely worth seeing and you get to see vintage cars- it has a bit of everything, the restaurants are top notch and a relaxing environment! The salon staff and the spa staff are friendly and welcoming! A repeat! A secured location

لقد كانت تحربة جميلة جداً بفضل السيد اساس الفندق علي حوري والسيد الرائع علي بلوق الذي غمرنا بلطفه والسيد عادل الذي لاانسى اطيب وجبة افطار كانت من خلال اشرافه وطبعاً اجمل ليلة قضيناها في الشرفة التي كان فيها المسؤول السيد محمدزكي وفي شناشيل سمير محمد شكراً لكم من القلب على اجمل تجربة وبالتاكيد سوف نكررها مع العائلة قريباً الفندق متكامل من حيث العاب الاطفال والتنوع بالمطاعم يلبي كل الاذواق والجم والمسبح كل شيء متكامل فيه شكراً مرة ثانية لكل شيء

I am a regular guest at Babylon Rotana. The front desk staff is very welcoming especially Miss Diana Ghezawy who has done an exceptional performance with her professionalism, warm smile and swift action. Also, Kutayba, Hussein and Abbas did a good job all under the supervision of Miss Diana Ghezawy. The food & beverage staff has done a good job. The wide variety of food, quality and taste is to be stressed on!!! The Spa experience was unforgettable thanks to Mr. Fady Dalal whose attitude was positively unparalleled.

Lobby is great but rooms are max a 2 star hotel Furniture is mostly broken and no working TV Internet is lousy On top of that, never expect reward points regardless of how many stays Very disappointing

Great reception and beautiful breakfast and helpful reception desk and particularly Diana the director who was a super helpful and professional. We highly recommend with no hesitation. We had a great time overall in Babylon rotana in Baghdad.

È con ogni probabilità il miglior hotel di Baghdad e quasi certamente di tutto l’Iraq. Molto migliore dell’Al Rasheed che pure costa di più. La sua storia come quella dell’Al Rasheed è legata alla catena Oberoi che fino al 1991 gestiva entrambi gli hotel. Oggi non è così ma qualcosa, nell’eleganza degli spazi comuni, è rimasta all’hotel Babylon di quelle nobili origini. Se gli spazi comuni sono molto belli non altrettanto si può dire delle camere. Un po’ vecchiotte ma soprattutto buie. La colpa non è certamente della gestione dell’hotel ma di chi ha progettato l’intero complesso, se mi ricordo bene un architetto sloveno negli anni ‘80. Egli ha pensato a ideare camere strette e lunghe accessibili per mezzo di corridoi stretti. Quello che non si dovrebbe mai fare in una camera di albergo. Colazione al mattino, migliorabile nell’offerta ma soprattutto nella qualità dei prodotti. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Prezzi un po’ elevati considerando la qualità generale del complesso che è buona, certamente 5 stelle, ma non di lusso. Ristorante molto frequentato la sera dagli iracheni più in vista di Baghdad. È solo per questo merita di andarci almeno una volta.

This hotel needs room renovation because everything is outdated (Walls, bed, curtains, TV, carpet, etc.) The restaurants are good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I hope the hotel management upgrades the hotel rooms to be worth the value

The Babylon Hotel from the outside looks luxurious and has a spacious garden and restaurants, but the rooms have many issues, such as: - The carpet is very old and its color is awful. - The room had an unpleasant odor. - The air conditioner is very hot, so I had to open the window to circulate the air, but the noise from outside is terrible. - Near the desk, there is no power outlet and no chair.- The TV is small old model with low-quality resolution. - The refrigerator is empty! no mini bar!!! I found an old cake only. - The quality of the room cleaning service is poor. - Both the pillows and the bed linens are old. Conclusion: This hotel is suitable for hosting events or having meals only, but not the best choice for staying especially its expensive price. However, the staff are very good

I'm a british iraqi and regularly travel back to iraq to visit friends and relatives. I've stayed at Babylon multiple times over the years with varying degrees of service. In general, you won't find a better hotel with european standards of service and cleanliness. For customer service, they're 5/5. With every visit year on year, the years pass but the rooms look the same. The are in dire need of updating. The carpets are tired and the toilets are in urgent need of modernising. I hope the hotel management take note, Rixos is opening a hotel and Rotana will soon have real competition in being the best hotel in Baghdad.
