The villas they have was really affordable and neat. If you’d rather cook than to eat outside this hotel is for you. Especially if you’d like to travel with a big group.

The property will use non refundable policy to refuse refund. Booked this property on trip.com for stay 8 July 2022. After making non refundable payment, receive notice that there is no heat pump even though we booked our stay during the winter period. We called the hotel to request for free cancellation. Nobody picks up the phone so dont expect any form of service from the hotel. After many failed attempts to contact the hotel, manage to get in touch with hotel manager daniel and amy who was very rude. We do not dare to stay at the hotel anymore because the hotel manager told us to try and cancel our booking if we could. Trip.com got involved and tried to negotiate for free cancellation but the hotel managers refused. Overall, hotel facilities does not even meet the minimum for budget standards, service is close to non existent. DO NOT MAKE A BOOKING HERE

One of the best cabins I have stayed in. New and clean. The pool was lovely and the playground was great for kids. Very quiet and the grounds were well maintained. Great stop over on our way to the coast just of the highway to Batemans bay. Lots of different size cabins

Don't know where to start. The caravan was absolutely filthy, the amenities are really basic. The pool / pool area is TINY. Location is 15/20 min walk from Queanbeyan City Centre. You can hear everything that goes on in your neighbours caravan. No cleaning products in caravans so you can't even clean it yourself. We ended up leaving early. OK for a 1 night stay but I wouldn't stay any longer. We only booked here as it had a kitchen but I didn't even end up cooking as everything just felt dirty :/

Crestview is more suited to workers from outside the area, and there were plenty of them during our weeklong stay. Only a handful of travelers like us. The rooms have the bare minimum so if you want to put something on a hook in say the bathroom or bedroom, or even hang something up in the closet, I suggest you bring your own, even over the door hooks, or a mat at the door to wipe the bottom of your shoes clean. There are no bedside tables, so you have to improvise, maybe a laptop for a tabletop or just put everything on the floor. Flourescent lighting, esp in the 2nd room is annoying as its so bright in every room. Owners could save more if that was changed to something like LED or just a side table light in each room, (lounge had one but it was wobbly, and we didn't dare risk using it). The parks clothesline just outside the laundry was broken. We were lucky to be in cabin 66, (Oct 2023), as we had one right next to us, but I think everyone else missed it as it is tucked away. Zero issues with maintenance and cleaner who reported our sliding door to second bedroom was jammed upon our arrival. Maintenance man came when he said he would, (he was working on a plumbing job, and we were seen to next). Very much appreciated. Our unit was very clean and tidy. The cleaners quietly go around their business in the morning. Pity they have such old equipment to work with. It stands out. Can't be missed. The cart/s in particular that they use are so outdated and, in my view, an OH&S issue if not already. They cleaners don't even have a uniform. Uniforms and new equipment are good for morale and work efficiency and can be written off as deductibles, so the owner/s aren't really out of pocket. It looks better for guests as well. This is another reason why I only gave Crestview 3 stars

The cleaning standard needs reviewing. Quite disgusting. Stains spills and rubbish under lounge chair fabrics cushions. Manageress was quite rude. I would not stay again. Stayed with family. Not my choice. Other than the accompanying we enjoyed visiting Canberra again.

The cabin was very comfortable and clean and tastefully decorated. The general amenities were very clean as was the camp kitchen. The location was great and just down the road was the Plaza with a supermarket.

Room was barely functional. Door locks could be opened with a butter knife, no outside lighting. Air conditioning didn't work, no heat overnight for a family of 5 (in July )From the cutlery to the curtains everything seemed grubby, as too the floors. Won't be staying there again.
