Mountain Hotel Luis

Hardware im Haus relativ neu, aber sehr ungepflegt. Wellness Bereich eigentlich sehr schön, aber auch hier keine Liebe zum Detail. Pflanzen ungepflegt, Becher auf Terrasse standen fast 3 Tage an der Ecke, Teekocher ist völlig verkalkt und sollte dringend gereinigt werden. Zimmer werden nicht täglich gereinigt, was bei diesem Preis nicht zu akzeptieren ist. Haare im Badezimmer und Staub im gesamten Apartment bei Anreise. Frühstück ok aber, Servicemitarbeiter|In hatte eine starke Alkohol Fahne. Geht gar nicht. Hotelleitung sollte dringend eine Fortbildung abschließen, wirkte völlig überfordert und gestresst. Leider passt hier Preis Leistung überhaupt nicht. Highlight war dann eine Party im Restaurant, schlafen war unmöglich. Hier zählt wohl nur die Quantität und nicht die Qualität. Wir werden dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen.

Schönes Apartment und tolles Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal. Schöner Wellnessbereich. Cooles Ambiente, vor allem im Restaurant. Gute Lage zum Skigebiet und zum Ort (Kaprun). Skikeller mit Skistiefeltrocknern und Tiefgarage. Coole Sticker

Nooit meer bij dit hotel! Na ons verblijf zijn we op een agressieve manier beschuldigd dat we schade gemaakt hebben aan ons verblijf. Hiervan weten wij 300% zeker dat dit niet door ons komt en dat we alles netjes achter hebben gelaten. Het hotel is niet bereikbaar en blijft de beschuldiging aanhouden. Kaprun was top maar mega spijt van dit hotel waar we ook nog veel geld voor hebben betaald om hier te verblijven. Totaal niet klant gericht!

New, clean and very beautiful hotel with nice spa and good breakfast - props to the owner(s) and the designers. Downsides are mainly staff related: - Hotel manager who on day 1 makes up rules to try to charge additional expenses to which I did not consent to, which then generate an overall negative energy for everything else - People working at the reception who obviously do not qualify to be receptionists - generally, the staff working in the hotel are not trying too hard be polite or helpful - room cleaning is not daily, which must have been the case for the price paid (almost 500eur/night for 2 people in medium apartment) There are definitely hotels in Austria with better value for money, but this hotel has very good potential if staffing situation improves.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and excellent food. Really enjoyed our visit and was convenient for the slopes (we rented a locker at the lift station to make it easy). Pool and spa are very nice and room was well equipped. Only request would be to make it easier to connect to Netflix, etc on the tv. Will be back.

Amazing hotel. We(group of 7friends) had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It is new, modern, and beautifully designed. The spa area was truly amazing, with a relaxing sauna and a wonderful warm outdoor pool. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable. We would love to come again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
