This hotel is quite busy, likely due to its location at Pier 2, a popular area with tourists. The check-in and check-out process is impressively efficient and automated, taking just a minute, which I appreciated. The breakfast area was definitely the highlight of the stay—there was a great variety of food and coffee, with small changes every day to keep it interesting. The hotel also offers a self-laundry service for TWD100, which is convenient.
On the downside, there were a few issues with the room. The bed was uncomfortable, as it sank too much, and the bedsheets and towels appeared a bit greyish. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and was very mouldy, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.
