2 days before check in day, sent message to hotel with the LINE ID provided in the booking confirmation, as needing to get the room password, however, no respond, then try with email, no respond either.
Eventually contact Trip.com customer service at the day of check in, turns out the hotel contact information (email, LINE ID) stated in the booking confirmation were incorrect, luckily trip.com provided the updated LINE ID.
There is nothing aroud the hotel.
Staff member is in the hotel, but they did not usually show up.
The line chat or email is only way to communicate with hotel satff, whichi is very bothersome.
The room is very dark.
