Very poor stay. When idoingcheck in formality at that time, one couple complained about their door lock not working. On that desk person directly replied that he is busy. The room is very small compared to the charges. The room phone is not working. When i complained, then the person replied that the person was not coming for repair, so you use the phone of your other room. Hot water available for limited time. One room having an extra mattress, which is agreed by the before arrival. But denied them after check-in and asked for extra charges. The bedsheet is in bad condition. So overall, the hotel is overcharged as per room as well as staff behavior needs to improve. I suggest do proper enquiry before the stay.

Good experience! the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. Location is 1. 5 kms aways from the tourist spots like beach, memorial etc.

Basic amenities like hot water service was very limited and single room boy was serving everyone. Hot water was available only on morning time, for baby bath we had to take hotwater by our self

It was a good hotel. We got a deluxe family room which was spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults & 1 child. We only needed one extra bed. Room interior was really nice. Only drawback is the property is little far from vivekananda rock memorial.

Contrary to their advertisement where they indicate that booking through them is cheaper than most, i know that my hotel was charged more than twice where a room going around in the same hotel for rs 2800 was charged around rs. 6400 to me. A lot of the amenities mentioned like hair dryer, iron board etc were not available. Tv was only app where you needed your own subscription. No one to lift your luggages. A standard room where lizards and some insects shared space with you. More than the hotel the experience with over makemytrip who i trusted with for all my trip bookings including bus has been utterly disappointing.

Very responsive staff. They were ready to host us even when we reached past midnight. We booked 3 bed room, room was very neat and clean.

First of all, they denied entry for a single male at the reception. I don't understand why booking was allowed in the first place if single occupancy is not allowed. Secondly, the room was terrible 🤮. This is an old property which is not maintained. The room was not clean and smelled bad. The bathroom was very small and not even close to current standards. A hotel at less than 1000 has better bathrooms and amenities. Overall it is not worth the price at all.
