兩次入住，健身房等設施都沒有開放，房間較大，但設施相對簡單，暖氣供暖效果較差，商務出行整還行，但冬天天冷不太推薦。

Ja sam prezadovoljna. Hotel je cist, soba super, krevet udoban. Nemam rijeci. Osoblje jako ljubazno. Cak su mi i obrok spakovali kada sam odlazila. 5☆☆☆☆☆ Bravo 👏 I hvala svima.

Das hotel war nicht mit dem auto auffindbar ! trotzdem haben wir das geld nicht etstattet bekommen ! ich musste mit meiner tochter im auto schlafen. nie wieder trip (die konnten mir such nicht weiter helfen

離薩拉熱窩國際機場不遠，環境可以，房間不大，但是很乾凈，價廉物美！早餐可以，臨走時，前台幫我叫了出租車。

Stay away from this circus hotel. People smoke inside, they have a restaurant(pub) where people drink and make loud sounds/sing. Events included. Small insects in the bathroom. Half of the room was damaged(tiles, outlets). Also very inconviniently placed single outlets behind the bed. I had to drag away the bef to get to one of them, that was also damaged, so a fire hazard. Dogs barking outside the window every single night. Impossible to get a good night of sleep. The «fitness center» is a complete joke. Its basically a small, room with some old, damaged equipment. 1 functioning dumbell, with very few weights to add. Teenagers making noise, breaking glass bottles outside and harrasing me once I quietly opened the window. Sound insulation is terrible at the hotel. And at the very last day, there were a bunch of ****** running through the halls, knocking on doors and even trying to break in. This kept on going until 2 am. Like they literally tried to open my door 3x times without saying anything. -＞ how is this acceptable behaviour? If you have bad guests that break the rules, you give them a warning. If they still continue, you kick them out without a refund. The staff was ok, spoke English. Again - stay away!

Lovely staff, very large spotless rooms, the hotel is set back from the road so it is quieter than others and an excellent breakfast where the head waiter took the time to toast our bread.

Great hotel, very close to the airport, breakfast is great, maybe some more table and chairs in the main hall for business workers?

Great Value Booked a single for one night before an early flight, got a Huge family room with sitting room and kitchen ... a little bit dated, but excellent value for money! What a splendid surprise!

Everything was perfect

Dusche im Bad zu klein Tür der Dusche konnte man nicht schließen das Wasser sprudelte raus somit waren die Fliesen am Boden nass ausrutschgefahr. Die Tür vom Bad war defekt abschließen konnte man nicht. Defekte Tür eingenagelt. Bett sehr hart. Küche im Zimmer überflüssig kein Wasserkocher oder Geschirr vorhanden geschweige denn Kaffee oder Tee. Frühstück ist ok. Heiße Grtänke aus Automaten in Plastikbecher. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und sauber ist es auch. Keine Nutzung von Fitnessraum oder Billard vorhanden.

Good value for money hotel Room was very spacious. Aircon worked fine. Breakfast was ok. Value for money is good.
