The location is great. All staff are very good. The rooms are decent. Bathroom door needs fixing. I had stayed for 2 nights in #207. Breakfast spread is decent. Only housekeeping needs to buckle up. Torn bath towels of different colours and designs are given, which is unexpected. Have shared pics of bath towels so that the senior management realizes the need to infuse one type new bath towels.

Fabulous place to stay here. Breakfast and restaurant were superb. The room towels are very pathetic and look very old. Should furnish the door and washroom cupboard because of its damages. Rest all are good

A great place to stay in the center of the city. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the railway station and bus stand so it is easily accessible. The staff are very courteous and service is good. Food options are good and tasty. The breakfast spread is also good. Overall had a very good stay and experience.

Let me start with my booking experience. It was a breeze. Saw the listing, the ratings, reviews were good. Took just a couple of minutes to select room and pay. offers were limited though unlike OYO. Property is in a good location, was easy to locate. They have good parking space. If you have lots of baggage, you might have to carry that up from parking till the reception. no lift to parking. That was a slight problem. The check in process was smooth and i was given the room key real quick. The room was spacious and looked clean. The bed was inviting and very comfortable. Later saw there was a hole in the sheet. Since it was in the side, didn't bother. Got a good restful sleep after having driven for almost 8 - 10 hrs the previous day. All amenities were good and the reception was prompt in attending to anything needed. Didn't get any hot water for shower, just warm. The hotel had listed they have a pool, but it's just a baby pool on 4th floor. Wasn't very sure about its maintenance, so didn't use it. Overall, since I wanted a good rest,
