The manager, abbas, was very kind and supportive over the phone, helping to arrange rooms for our guests. However or unfortunately, when we received two rooms, the experience was less satisfactory. The bed sheets had stains and the whole room was quite dusty, curtains also had dust, which caused discomfort for my mother and breathing issues. The overall cleanliness of the room was lacking, and the towels appeared dull. Poor impressions of the linens can negatively impact our overall experience. I’m giving three stars for service is for abbas gesture. But room and rest everything was quite disappointing. Bathroom was neat but the room as a whole was not up to the mark and we had a very unpleasant time in the room. My mom had to face more difficulty. This hotel compared to other hotels around might be better (we had a function in kahanagad, due to which we had booked stays in few hotels around this place. The building interior etc are nice. But management should make sure before any guest enter they are provided good clean bed sheets, dust free rooms. Breakfast was nice and tasty
