Good service and good price for if you stay only for few days

Not happy with mm t and hotel. We book two room but one room was too small not good for two adult and one kid. First mm t told us they will upgrade the room later then denied.

Room service not at par. They did not even put water bottle and forgot to put towels after room service. But food and mountain view was awesome

Room was average, room was not clean, dust in the room. Staff is good service and food was good.

Location is good, staff behaviour is gud especially their restaurant staff. One thing that is also appreciable is that they give me free upgrade.

Rooms are very small. The picture shown is not the same. Breakfast was good. The view from the hotel restaurant is good

They were charging extra for everything they charged extra for the water bottle too. Location is good

The hotel room looks decent. It had a mold smell and the bathroom was stinking a lot! we also found cockroach legs floating in our chicken manchow soup. Except for the above issues, the rest was good.

The hotel is in such a difficult place with winding roads, and the car body touches the ground. The hotel is not approachable with a sedan car, the ratw was too high rs 5233 for 2 night. We could not locate the hotel despite calling the manager, had talks with the local people, and came to know that after getting down from the car, one has to walk for some distance. This is difficult with luggage to carry. Ultimately, we had to look for some other hotel and forgo rs 5233. Secondly, being in such a difficult place its charge is very high. The hotel we booked is very clean, cozy and very cheap. I would suggest that makemytrip cancels the tie-up with such hotel in order to help the customer to have a hassle free stay and also for keeping its reputation. My rs 5233 has gone to drain
