I’ve been staying at Club Mahindra properties for the past 10 years, and I’ve always associated the brand with quality and comfort. Unfortunately, this particular stay was a huge letdown and, honestly, the worst experience I’ve ever had. To start with, there was no hot water available at all, which is such a basic necessity—it made the entire stay uncomfortable. The ceilings were in horrible condition, which just added to the feeling that the place wasn’t well-maintained. On top of that, there was no lift, which made moving around the hotel a struggle, especially with luggage. For the amount I paid, I expected so much more. This experience didn’t come close to the standards I’ve come to expect from Club Mahindra. I left feeling disappointed and like my money was completely wasted. I truly hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements.
