Worst experience ever.They charge so high but don't provide basic amenities like hot water in bathroom in winters.They ruined our day.Never ever visit there.We went for Valentine's Day celebration but it was such a bad experience living g there.Jacuzi don't work.You have to bath with cold water in winters.

There is a minimum of one star on this form, but in reality this place gets zero stars only because there is no way to give it negative stars. I have traveled extensively for decades. This is absolutely the worst high-end hotel I have ever stayed in. Nothing worked. Internet was very intermittent. Electricity went out often and management was too cheap to turn the battery on. There were plumbing/toilet problems. Most staff doesn't speak English. If you call the front desk, they just hang up the phone on you instead of trying to find someone who could respond. There was a restaurant but no cook, so the housekeeping people did their best to do the cooking but had a very limited number of things they could produce. There is nothing around to go to within walking distance. Very steeply sloped roads are damaging to knees. Nice for short nature walks, if you are an athlete, but terrible for isolation and that trapped-in-a-place-I-don't-want-to-be feeling. To add insult to injury, they stole my money. Much was promised. Nothing was delivered. Stay away from this hole if you don't want the worst hotel experience of your life!
