Kings Pavilion Luxury Hotel

The Hotel was in a fabulous position above Kandy. The team could not have been more welcoming, polite and kind. The food was excellent and we went to bed with cleverly folded towels in the shape of monkeys and elephants. They go above and beyond.

I rarely write reviews—but after staying at Kings Pavilion, how could I not? We stayed in the Queen’s Suite, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The name of the hotel truly speaks for itself—they make you feel like a royalty in every possible way. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, but the service here is the best I’ve ever experienced. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. Their hospitality and attention to detail were simply extraordinary. The property is stunning—a beautifully secluded, peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. It’s charming, quiet, and impeccably maintained. Perfect for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and escape the noise of everyday life. The food was phenomenal—full of rich flavors and beautifully presented. Dining here was a highlight of the entire trip. We also had the convenience of a personal driver throughout our stay, which made exploring Sri Lanka completely stress-free. The transportation was punctual, professional, and made the journey seamless. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond. The room was always spotless, and the creative towel animals left each day added such a thoughtful and fun touch—it truly brought a smile to our faces daily. Kings Pavilion is more than a hotel—it’s a full experience. We left feeling refreshed, deeply cared for, and already dreaming of our return. We have stayed one night but still, we have felt at home. They take care of every detail and are always willing to do anything. We loved the details in the rooms. The housekeeping team 10 out of 10. Safely recommended for anyone who comes on a trip.

The hospitality by Hansika and his staff made this place an absolute dream vacation spot! The views were spectacular, the food was out of this world.. it didn’t feel heavy to the stomach and do consider the staff recommendations ! The room had the most comfortable beds, the aesthetics were calming making this a pleasant experience!
