Stayed in room 600 which was amazing. Restaurant was good. Outside areas are very nice. The rest of the hotel common areas seem dated. Staff are very friendly

自助晚餐很好吃，還有燒烤，終於安慰了我的胃，價格也不貴，房間挺好，服務也不錯

非常糟糕的酒店，基本設施都沒有！服務人員素質低，根本沒有服務理念。強烈鄙視這個酒店！性價比超級低，不能去住！！！

還不錯，就是位置很偏僻

This is our second visit to this hotel this year and we will always stay here when visiting Kandy. Excellent hotel with great food, personalized service, extremely friendly staff, clean and big rooms with great views. Great team taking care of the hospitality industry well so the guests will keep returning to this wonderful location. Cheers to Earl Gunasekara and his super team at this hotel.

康提是個山城，房子基本上都是依山而建。這個酒店其實像個度假村，在河邊，旁邊沒啥景點也沒啥住户。河水流急，花香鳥語不絕，聲音還挺熱鬧的。一到晚上，酒店附近烏漆嘛黑，找個小超市買個東西都至少三公裡外。住宿樓好像是三四層，花園裡有個小的游泳池，坐在陽台上滿眼是翠綠的山景和花園景。一大早出來溜達，拿手機拍了得有二十種不同的花！美中不足是房內設施比較老舊。

Great service. A 3 star hotel that has the attempted services of 4 or 5. Rooms are a very great value. Clean and has everything you need. Restaurant and bar are a bit overpriced and distance to central Kandy is far if that is a concern.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits aber eingebettet in wunderbarer Landschaft. Das Gebäude ist etwas abgewohnt aber die De Luxe Zimmer sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Der Pool ist relativ klein aber angenehm. Das Essen war immer in den drei Tagen unserer Anwesenheit ausgezeichnet und das gesamte Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wollen insbesondere unseren Hauptkellner lobend hervorheben, ein junger engagierter Mann mit Sinn für Kundenservice mit Humor. Sehr angenehm war auch die Begegnung mit den Servicemann für den Pool.

My tour company booked my reservation over 2 months ago. My tour guide called the hotel this morning as well. However, when we arrived, the very disornagized hotel staff claimed they had no record of my reservation. The tour company owner got involved to resolve this issue but to no avail. The hotel staff kept us waiting, without explanation, for over 20 minutes, at which time, the my tour company secured.me a room at another(better) hotel. The hotel staff offered no apology for their oversight, and that is completely unacceptable.

Front desk team is a fraud. They give wrong information each and every time. Heard of upgrades in hotel but never heard of downgrade and they did the same to us. Safety latch broken, pics attached. House keeping number not working. Room filled with flies. Trying to attach videos but unable to do that. They say it's hotels policy. Requested for packed breakfast at night before departure as having early flight. First they denied but when spoke to restaurant main chef, they said they have menu at the reception and we can choose. When at reception, they denied that there is no such menu. On letting them know about my chat with chef they then accepted that there is a menu. Within half n hour of asking (10 PM) for packed breakfast at 6:30 in the morning, as I got to know that my flight got delayed, I called the reception and informed that we will have breakfast at the hotel and no need for packed breakfast. Mr Bilal from the front desk told me that your breakfast has been packed and if you eat at the restaurant it'll be chargeable. Just imagine a 4 star property packing fresh fruits and veg sandwiches a night before. Upon inquiring with the Restaurant they said they haven't started packing and they will pack it in the morning. Upon informing the same to front desk and complaining about the issue they accepted there fault. No much food options for Indians. Pathetic house keeping services. Had to wait for water bottles for an hour. Restaurant service was awesome and they were the only ones who were on their toes. In 2 nights stay still door safety latch broken, house keeping call not working. Overall experience was very poor. Not a 4 star for sure in terms of service and behaviour of front desk. Not at all recommended. Will recommend Earls Regency instead.

Happy to stay at this wonderful property with excellent rooms & swimming pool.The dinner & breakfast has good spread including indian food .In particular i am mentioning the e excellent service of Sachi,Lakhani,Hiruni& Thatthsarani..

Excellent service by staffs specially Mr.Afkaar,Mr.kivindu,Miss Tharushi .They treated us very well .Had a delicious breakfast. Hospitality was very good.We enjoyed our stay here very well.Happy staying and also the location is very mind relaxing

Went for the Day Outing Experience, and it was Great. Good Value for Money. Food was Lovely, and Pool Experience was also Good. Good Customer Experience, especially Charuka helped us a lot. He helped us along the Day to make sure that we are Comfortable and OK.
