It's just another average beach resort ***** ECR. Not worth the price. Rooms were not clean enough. Bath tub was not cleaned well.

Very poor services inside resort. Even for a water bottle I waited 1hour & got it after 3 reminders to Room service. In restaurant, the serving executives were not organized well. Got tired on reminding everything we ordered. I need to tell 3 fellows everytime to get my orders. Above all , the food cost soooo expensive. For one onion pakoda plate ( normal quantity) and 3 tea , they charge Rs.873 Inc. Tax. It was not a good Stay and comfortable stay due to above issues. There are other resorts who served better for lesser than this tariff. One plus point just here is , it has its own private beach but infact even those area was not cleaned enough.

Good room .clean and hygiene New restaurant really good and spacious And on table magic show really amazing and entertaining one.good food ,clean swimming pool .affordable price. good play area and local cycle . Adjacent to MGM theme park

We had a wonderful stay at MGM Beach Resorts! The property is very kid-friendly with plenty of open lawn space and lush greenery all around, which made it perfect for our little one to run and play. It's also conveniently located near the beach, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. The food was delicious with good variety, and the service was warm and attentive throughout our stay. Our child had a fantastic time, and we truly enjoyed our visit. We’d definitely love to come back again!

Food was excellent. Sujatha was good as well. Very friendly and customer service is super. Song of the sea restaurant was good. Caramel custard was good. I need AC next time. It's very hot. It will help customers and waiters. Super service good beach.

Song of the seat restaurant. The food was wonderful and service was excellent. Sujatha from the staff really took care of everyone. Service was fast and everyone is family enjoyed live music, ambience and food. It is right on the beach. Worth visiting.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at MGM beach resort. The staff were professional, helpful, and always ready to help with a smile. The hospitality was top notch, and excellent beach view. Dining near beach shore very romantic Highly recommend MGM beach resort for anyone looking for a relaxing.

Had a memorable stay at MGM!!! The moment you enter the resort, you'll feel that it's money well spent. The staff are very courteous, rooms are well appointed (thanks for the upgrade ), and the food was delicious too! Definitely coming back again!

It's a very pleasant stay here with family and nice gesture at welcome. Must try one time experience at any age group. Food is not within the budget for most of the people though the quality of food is worth for it. Mingle with nature to destress yourself and a place to give family time!!

Really poor service. Not worth the 30k. The rooms were fine and thats it. No other amenities were provided for Grand Suite. Food was mediocre at best. Some activities were demanding extra money even though they should've been included in the package. People didnt keep us informed about the complimentary snacks and buffet etc.

Breathtaking views and cozy spaces . Our stay was even more enjoyable with their scenic view, and relaxing lobby spaces * “our cottage was near the ocean …so peaceful.” The food - is a must try . Amazing quality and caters to every palate with a wide array of local and international cuisine . Every staff acknowledged our presence and made it even more enjoyable and comfortable every department staff were very prompt with their services rendered to us . Our family holiday was overall the most memorable one !!!

Had a very nice time in MGM right from enquiry till the end of the program the journey was very smooth. Special thanks to Geetha from the sales team, who made the journey very smooth. She is very good in negotiations and she closed the deal in win win situation for both the parties. Her hospitality, care and courtesy was awesome. A well mannered person with a lots of smile on her face. She answered all our queries with a lot of patience and smile. A very good sales professional. The service team was also awesome and the quality of food was very good. The chef's menu was very good and all the taste buds very completely satisfied. The service provided by Srinivasan of operations team was awesome. The overall experience at MGM Resorts was excellent and will be remembered for a long time. MGM Resorts is a real value for money.

Nice place to visit. Had fun with family. Overall employees were very friendly. Mr murugappa was very kind taking care of my elderly parents. Overall excellent place to visit. Food was good. Hygeine and. Lean resort. Very spacious. Will recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a quality time.
