Kaname Inn Tatemachi arvostelua

The hotel is located inside a shopping alley. As such, it is quiet at night which we like. The staff at the counter is welcoming and friendly. What I like most is the bar right below the hotel. It is a very special bar that the DJ plays nice music with old school disc. The sound is good as the speakers are good. You may consider staying here. Highly recommended.

The room was bigger than expected, I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. It was also nice of them to give out vouchers for guests who opted for the eco option.

I had arranged for a luggage delivery from my previous accommodation and the staff was kind enough to bring my luggage to my room before my check-in. Overall, they were very warm and welcoming. The bedding was so soft and comfortable and I had a very nice view from the highest floor. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience. I would stay here again if I were to visit Kanazawa again.

The perfect boutique hotel in Kanazawa Kaname Inn is a really special place and I highly recommend it for all looking to stay in the perfect location in our favorite city in Japan, Kanazawa, in a fabulous boutique hotel with amazing customer service. Our room was gorgeous overlooking the city. It is right next to the museums and gardens and all the restaurants and izakayas you want to try out. The staff were incredibly helpful, going well above and beyond to help me call hotels in our next *four* (!!) destinations to confirm details. And on top of all that it has one of the coolest bars in the entire city in their lobby, with fabulous cocktails, a dj playing great records, and an incredible soundsystem. I can't recommend it enough!

We choose this hotel based on past Trip Advisor reviews. We made the right choice. We stayed in Kanazawa for four nights. This hotel made an excellent home base for exploring Kanazawa. And the record bar was a great treat. It's right in the lobby and it's a fun time. Good food, good drinks and the resident DJ is spinning cool music on two turntables. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Especially Rachel. She is extremely helpful, knowledgable and nice. She gave us excellent restaurant options and great site seeing ideas. She was a pleasure to talk to. And, everyone at the front desk is also very nice, helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable, the shower had constant hot water and was a decent size shower. And, it's very quiet. This hotel is actually in a pedestrian walking mall. But, you'd never know it. It's in a good location. The only thing that I wish was better was the breakfast. The morning food is just two small croissants. One croissant had whipped cream in it. The other croissant had a small egg with some lettuce. Not that filling or appetizing. So, the breakfast was disappointing. However, the coffee was good. It didn't ruin the stay there. Just be aware that you might want to go somewhere for breakfast. Having said this, we would definitely stay at the Kaname Inn again. It was really a nice place to come home to after a full day of exploring Kanazawa.

(+) The music bar is great. The tea and water were good. Staff recommendations were nice, even though I didn`t use them. Top floor tub was big. (-) The sofa was dirty. It`s the first thing you notice when you enter the room. The blankets are too thick for summer. No Prime or Netflix capability that I could use, even on my own account.

Perfect location, nice, clean room, very friendly staff. It was the best hotel we stayed during our trip.

The hotel is in an area of shops and restaurants. A bit far from thr Station especially if you have heavy luggage (like i did). But the place really makes up for it. BIG rooms, especially for Japan, very clean, neat and well, but simply appointed. water And tea in the room, fridge waiting to be filled out. The personel is great, everyone was really nice and helpful. The great win is the bar, that opens at 4pm everyday. They have a great collection of Japanese alcohol, their own cocktails and a very knowledgablr bartender. The music is also very good and adds a lot to the ambience. Would 10/10 recommend,
