We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely choose it again. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They also took the time to help us find a tour while we are with them.
We really enjoyed our welcoming letter and felt the personalization was a great touch.
The breakfast the next morning was very yummy and filling
You can’t go wrong staying in this hotel!

Hotel ideally located for an easy access to the city center of Kampot. The hotel is well designed despite the sizes of the rooms which are smaller than what you can usually get in Cambodia for this room rate.
The women running the hotel are lovely and really helpful.
They helped organizing a one day tour of the countryside to La Plantation and to Kep. The tuktuk driver that they recommended was really nice and interesting. He spoke good English.
They offered to cook the breakfast for takeaway as we had to leave early.
Will definitely come back.

From the moment you walk in those doors your sent back in time, with the decor to fit and the music setting the ambiance of a gone by era. So relaxing and very inviting. A great escape from the time we live in today. Great food. Lovely friendly staff. Well done on the restoration. May is stand for many more years

Green Oasis in Kampot. Lovely rooms and the art deco building is stunning. Rooms are spacious and the pool is refreshing. Great cocktail menu and the breakfast Bloody Mary special is fabulous in price and taste. Good team, staff and helpful, present and very hospitable. I highly recommend a stay here - well done team!

What a fabulous place terrific ambiance the pool and Art Deco feel of the place and the attention to detail from the welcoming bar in a relaxing atrium was so good. Gilly the manager helped us and gave us some great recommendations. The food and breakfast were absolutely first rate and all the staff so attentive I’ve run out of superlatives. This is the only place in town.

beautifully retrofitted old cinema now a delightful hotel, good central location but amazingly quiet. food (lunch) was exceptional. would highly recommend.

Tres bel hotel Art deco, tres bien situe, joli piscine, petit dejeuner delicieux, staff hyper sympa....franchement je ne vois pas quoi rajouter apres avoir lu les commentaires des autres...si ce n est que je confirme que Pauline et son mari ont restaure a merveille ce vieux cinema et en on fait un lieu unique en son genre...un petit bijou...une oasis de toute beaute en plein centre de Kampot.

Fabulous boutique hotel in Kampot and probably the best hotel in Cambodia. Great design in art deco style with an amazing courtyard. It felt like an oasis for us. Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Served breakfast with a very good choice. We had a great stay.

Hotel Old Cinema is an absolute gem! The hospitality is excellent with lovely, attentive and very helpful staff who provide great recommendations for things to do in the area. Breakfast is very delicious with a wide selection of options. Location is perfect with night markets and the riverside walk within a very short walking distance. Fantastic food options nearby including plenty of excellent restaurants and night stalls. Superb location from which to explore Kampot and nearby areas (e.g. plantation, Kep). I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Old Cinema!
