Chrispy Waterpark Resort - All Inclusive

❌Chrispy Waterpark Resort ❌ Would just about give this hotel a single star never mind 4, so after the worst week possible being in that place I can finally put out there how unclean the place is. So day 1, 2:30am arrival we got to reception to be greeted by the most rude arrogant man who refused to give us bottled water or even a kettle for my sons bottles , got through the door with all of our things and all he could say was he doesn’t help with luggage as his job is reception not luggage which we just said ok that’s fine. Continued to be rude and refuse us a kettle or water until we rang jet2 he then decided he would bring us some bottled water up but still no kettle claiming they had none even though a lady managed to pull one out of a side room first thing in the morning…. and then stand in our room refusing to move saying we are lying to jet2, I had to ask 4 times for him to leave the room. Pedro the predator. He then eventually shown us where we could get ‘food’ to be shown to the absolute filth of a restaurant and then told bottled water is not available with all inclusive. Kids absolutely covered in rashes daily whether it was the bedding or water we will never actually know but it was awful and they wouldn’t even help or give advice on how to help. So after speaking to jet2 we we’re told we would be given a 7pm checkout and £100 voucher for the inconvenience’s to which the hotel asked if we could sign the agreement below where we said absolutely not, so when it came to leaving we were confronted by the lady in the video who is supposedly the manager trying to pressure us to sign this agreement putting her hands in my face and being awfully rude making my 8 month old son cry and my girls feel uncomfortable. Greece was a lovely experience just a shame for the shocking hotel. Would not recommend and I am not one for reviews.

Thank you to chrispy for an amazing stay at their resort. We arrived on the 16th September 2024, easy check in although I did find the gentleman at reception quite rude, didn’t put out all inclusive bands on just give us them, didn’t help with luggage but never mind, as for all the other staff at reception and staff around the resort was great, very friendly, polite and respectful. Nice water park for the kids and also the adults, not far from Platanias either just a short bus journey down there (€2 per adult one way). Rooms was cleaned every day, everything you needed and if there was something you needed, reception was helpful to help, nicest young lady at reception was so kind and helpful and made you fell very welcome, thank you so much. The all inclusive is pretty good, although we was very fussy so we did eat out a few times as not our kind of food, but plenty to choose from and they always cleaned up after people, we always left our plates stacked and tided up after ourself as that’s how Iv always been taught to leave the table, the chips at the all inclusive need assessing as they wasn’t one portion that was great. Not sure how long they’ve been left or heated up numerous of times but they wasn’t edible in my eyes, nothing will always be perfect these are just my opinions and being as honest as I can (still rate the hotel and received top service) the snack bar was good, pizza and other bits to be had, drinks always available and sandwiches in the fridge which our little boy loved a cheese sandwich at lunch. Not sure what else I can say, I would recommend the hotel to anyone, a holiday is what you make it! Thank you Chrispy for a great family holiday with top service from your staff. Hats off to you. Like lots of others, after reading reviews I was rather anxious about this holiday so I feel if I leave an honest review with much detail this will help others a lot. We arrived around midnight, check in was quick reception staff lovely and welcoming. They had kept some food aside for the guests arriving late which was a nice touch, this was mainly salad which did the job, however the 6 year old wasn't impressed. We got up around 9am and were able to get sunbeds, we preferred to be around the water park area to watch the kids on the slides then we could walk around the corner to the main pool so we found this a great spot. Food - honestly this was not the best and I never had any food that was hot, it was always luke warm. You could get a full English, cereal, fruit, toast and pastries at breakfast which was probably the best meal, we found that food was very random, always the same side dishes, rice, potatoes, chips then one day there might be more pasta dishes so found it hard to make a meal, there wasn't much choice or variety. We chose to eat out most nights after getting bored of the food after 2 or 3 days. Restaurant is also very warm you wont be able to sit long for a relaxing meal. We found peoples manners were also a dissapointment, we saw people dripping wet in thong bikinis I appreciate this is not the hotels fault but maybe a sign saying beachwear not to be worn? People were licking food of the main spoon, using their fingers to take food even though there are tongs for each dish, ice cream station is a mess, people not washing the scoop so all flavours are mixed together. There is a kids section for the buffet but this is pretty much the same every day, chicken nuggets, chips, spaghetti/pasta and sauce. The snack bar is great they have pizza, chicken nuggets chips and a fridge full of wraps, sandwiches, pasta and fruit pots. Before arriving we had upgraded to a swim up room after reading some reviews regarding dirty pool and no sunbeds, this was well worth the upgrade, kids loved it. Although don't expect to get much sun unless you are actually in the pool, the sun does not shine on the terraced part where the sunbeds are. Room was lovely and clean and everything worked correctly, not many plug sockets available though so we had to unplug lamps, we feel the layout of the room was a bit strange, walking in the main door was straight into where the children slept and the sliding doors to the pool were also in this room, high locks so not to worry that children will be escaping for a midnight dip, the only wardrobes were also in this room and to the right was the bathroom, which was large with shower/bath and also a shower cubicle. Main bedroom was to the left of the childrens room which meant you were always having to pass through the children's room to go to wardrobe, bathroom or access outdoors. Might I add, beds are very comfortable. We ate at the al e carte restaurant once which was not great, this is located at the top pool which

Very nice service, super nice lady at the reception, cleaning ladies and also in the restaurant everything is super perfect. The food and drinks were very good, I missed a bit of real traditional Greek cuisine. The hotel is clean and everything is at hand, helpful staff will help you with everything. Very close to everywhere by bus to CHania and other cities

1st off all absolutely shocking check in.. We had our all Inclusive bands before we had even gave them our names! Then we checked in no one helped us with bags or anything! We got showed to bottom on the stairs where we had to carry 3 large cases 2 hand luggage and 2 kids ! 2nd the room we got checked into well! There are better prison cells there was one window ( balcony door) so the room was that dark and small .. it was awful I went down to reception and told them the room was not what we booked it was absolutely awful. The bath tub wasn't even big enough for my kids to sit in. They did move us room 3 days later to a bigger room with more light which was covered in ants. The fridge leaked water and didn't work properly. The beds only got changed every 3 days gave us fresh towels every day expect Monday. The pools was dirty no chlorine in them at all The floor in baby pool was very sharp / rough Floors are very slippery around pool areas. There is fake grass but it's very slugie when gets wet You have life guards always on phones hardly watching kids coming down slides The food was absolutely disgusting hardly anything for kids ! They don't cater for English at all! What ever food u had at dinner was same at night ! It was ridiculous. Its all cold and taste all fishy... We tried the al carte restaurant in hotel as u get 1 free visit and that was awful! Cold .. We didn't even finish meals and we left! We was spending around 40 /50 € a day in shop on crisps / sweets / chocolate for kids to eat and they was hungry! They have lived on pasta or nuttella on bread at night for 11 days ! It's a joke pay for a 4 star hotel thinking gna be amazing and it's absolutely shocking it's more like a 2 star ! Kids club is a green table in corner near pool! The kids play area floor is that hot in day burns your feet! So little kids was crying cause it was hot ! Hardly any entertainment in day to break it up so days are so long ! No games for kids to keep entertained .. most place we have been to have archery/ darts/ shooting / or things for them to do. It was a very disappointing experience to be honest There was a few times my kids wanted to come home ! Which when on hoilday do kids want to come home! Not very often! Whilst we was there was 5 people that know off that got hurt ! 1 girl split her eye open ! 2 people cut their arms open 1 women ripper her toe nail off My son smashes his head off yellow slide massive lump and lifeguard didn't even know I had to get him so ice and that! There was 2 times where there was poo in kids pool which maintaince man just come and got it out didn't even close pool / clean pool or anything! Would never ever go back or recommend to anyone ! Staff room right next to shop for everyone to see .. eating what ever is left from the food they fed us !

Big thank you to the Chrispy waterpark resort team. Family of 4 us (boy 13 and girl 8)we all had a great 10 days. Rooms was clean, breakfast, lunch, breakfast bar, dinner every day every meal was tasty, nice buffet with plenty of food to choose. Reception staff always there to help with day trips any questions/queries. Swimming pool and waterpark was fun for all. Beach 5min walk from resort. Rocky beach but water was amazing clean. Thank you very much you made our family holiday great x

Arrived very early morning so couldn't see much. We were allocated a room in the main reception with balcony overlooking the bar area. Basic but clean. Air con poor but had double doors and windows for breeze. Pool area ok. Plenty of beds to grab even around 9am which was a nice change. Food not amazing. Breakfast was the best. My teenage boys struggled with the food. Entertainment very poor.....water zumba, water polo and darts in the daytime. Night time very subdued. Some things on in the amphitheatre a couple if times but not able to get a drink while there as only 1 bar and 1 bar staff so queue were ridiculous most nights. Drinks poor......staff not very friendly so didn't make us feel welcome. Smell of cat pee and some cat mess on the grass area so had to watch were you stood around sunbeds. Overall.....apart from the weather not the best holiday. Got the bus to Plantianas a few times which was nice..to get a change of food and to pass the nights away. Won't be returning though unfortunately.

Очень приятные работники отеля,все улыбаются .Хорошо убирали в номере,спасибо.Отель расположен на отшибе поселка,ничего рядом нет.В супермаркет на такси ехать 5 мин,10 евро.Экскурсий не брали.Пляжа своего у отеля нет,до моря 250 м.Пляж из крупной гальки,проблематично заходить и выходить из воды даже в специальной обуви. Мы пользовались лежаками пятизвездочного отеля,делали вид,что мы свои,все обошлось. Теперь о минусах. Бассейн переполнен взрослыми и детьми.За две недели бассейн чистили один раз.Можно представить,что там за водица была.Людей очень много и все в бассейне.На море ходили мы и еще видели пару человек с нашего отеля.Ресторан.Питание плохое.Мясо ужасное,все пересушеное,что курица,что свинина,что баранина.Даже кошки такое мясо не ели.Несколько раз были большие креветки с рисом.Креветки как резина.Повара необходимо менять,это не дело так портить продукты. Бар.У нас было все включено.Напитки с 10 утра до 13,одни,с 13 другие и с 18 коктейли.Назвать коктейлями как то не очень подходит.Пина Колада,когда мне ее подали,я поняла,что это ну никак не Пина Колада,а нечто.Но бармены приветливые,улыбаются,но не профессионалы. Пару раз были греческие вечера с греческими артистами.Пойти там некуда,кроме отеля.Детям в море не искупаться,только бассейн. Поехала бы еще? НИ ЗА ЧТО!!! Не советую этот отель!

Ατελείωτο παιχνίδι και χαρούμενα πρόσωπα Το φαγητό είναι καλό σε γενικές γραμμές, με μεγάλη ποικιλία καλύπτοντας όλες τις ανάγκες. Μεγάλο plus το σνακ μπαρ. Μείναμε 4 βράδια συνδυάζοντας διακοπές με πάρτυ γενεθλίων. Η υπεύθυνη κρατήσεων, κυρία Ελένα Πάλλη, τόσο με την ευγένειά της όσο και με την καλή της διάθεση, έκανε την διαμονή μας αξέχαστη και ξεχωριστή. Δεν θα ήθελα να να λησμονήσω την Ηρώ στην ρεσεψιόν, που ήταν πάντα πρόθυμη και χαμογελαστή σε ότι και αν ζητήσαμε. Σας ευχαριστούμε θερμά που κάνατε τις διακοπές μας ιδιαίτερες, με μια πινελιά πολυτέλειας χάρη στο δωμάτιο με ιδιωτική πισίνα. Σίγουρα θα επιδιώξουμε να σας επισκεφθούμε ξανά!
