Chrispy Waterpark Resort - All Inclusive

We had a great time in Crete at Chrispy water world hotel. The location was a bit distant but walking to the near by village didn't take long but it was pretty local, there were not so much tourist stores there, which was a good thing. But it was easy taking the local bus to Chania, Agia Marina or Platanias to visit tourist stores and places. The local bus whent every 20 minutes. The resort was nice and it had much of what you could ask for. Hotel consisted of several two story apartment buildings with plenty of rooms in every building. The atmosphere at resort was nice, much flowers, plants and trees. Overall feeling was clean. Rooms were nice, we had two rooms. A bigger flat with a loft and a smaller room. Cleaning of the rooms was good. The hotel had a restaurant where there was three settings everyday. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had the all inclusive, don't know if there was any other option at this hotel. There were plenty of food options to use from, salads, starters, main course and desserts. Service was good and friendly. Overall atmosphere in the restaurant was good, didn't like the cats that sometimes came in when customers let them in. And then some also feed them even if this was forbidden by the hotel. There was a bar and a small grill at the pool were refreshments could be gotten. Snacks, french fries, burgers etc. at the grill. At the bar, beer, wine etc. and later in the evening cocktails. The personal was friendly and helpful. And there was a really great entertaining group that kept customers entertained everyday with different activites, from Zumba to waterpool, darts and evening activites.

Luka and Julia made our trip the best trip ever! They are the best animation team I ever meet! They made our week❤️ They make the experience so much better.

Food was good, people were very nice, drinks could be better; my head hurt after it. Nice shop with normal prices. The animators Luka, Rebecca, and Julia were super nice and kind people. Greetings from Mailo 🇵🇱🇵🇱

Very good hotel for the whole family. Good variation of food and great entertainment for the kids. The enternainment team with Luca and his friends were amazing.

All inclusive is what you are paying for but the food is limited, soda is no good. You have to pay if you want to drink something after 23:00. Under staffed. Got the wrong room and couldn’t get what we paid for before later if we asked again when it was not full. We don’t bother to spend more time to get the correct room and they never asked if we wanted to get what we paid for either. The dinners is almost the same everyday. Breakfast is good !. Their “Restaurant” wich you get a free night on if you reserve has the same workers as the buffet. The same bad food. And you can just go get your drink yourself as in the buffet. Location is good and the beach are good, you will have the beach for yourself since the pools are full with kids. They want you to spend more money there even though you have paid for an all inclusive experience wich is tiring. The people who works in the “desk” struggles to be happy. You only get one room key even though you are 4 people. If you ask for more keys you will find out that that’s impossible to have more than one key per room. Older staff yells on the young staff for using phones wich no one else really cares about. Poor young staff works alone in the bars and are very busy while older staff in the desk demands more from them and nags. Especially the older lady in the desk who welcomes you.
