房間11平方，衞生間和淋浴間共用，男**居，637元/晚，下午4點入住，入住後發現酒店設施和房間與平台宣傳有很大出入，還不能退房，否則擔保金全扣，我覺得這是踩雷了吧。建議攜程下架此酒店。

Room view is same as photo show, is traditional homestay so didn’t have private toilet. The way to washroom and bathroom will have warmer but after bath will be very cold in winter. Is super nearby to Kailua station and opposite is one of the famous spot, Komachi St.

地點近地鐵，交通算便利，但是我們一家三口住到一個閣樓上，建築物非常殘舊樓梯陡峭 ，房內沒有任何設施，只有三隻杯，睡覺在的榻榻米也要自己鋪床。晚上上下樓廁所非常不方便。價錢絕不便宜，每人每晚需要$700港幣，性價比低

I like the room for fair price

一座有八十多年歷史的老房子，夏天裡一樓的房間裏被褥感覺有些潮濕。有一個mini front desk和 一個 mini living room. 見到了兩個年青服務人員，都很熱情，英語交流很流利……

The best place I’ve stayed in Japan so far, every employee I met was so welcoming and friendly. The hotel has such a unique style, and the location is so convenient.

房間非常之小 沒想到的是衞生間和淋浴都是公用的。服務“前台”狹窄不堪，而且很冷，沒有入住温馨體驗。最要命，燒水壺也是公共區域才有，多年來的跌破眼鏡的設施體驗，這個價格、很不值啊？

I stayed one night at Villa Sacra in early April and absolutely loved it. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the station, which made it super convenient to explore Kamakura and beyond. The house itself has a unique charm, blending traditional Japanese architecture with creative artistic touches. Even though my stay was short, it felt warm and welcoming, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The staff were kind and helpful, and the surrounding area is full of great places to eat and wander. I’d definitely love to return for a longer stay!

L'accueil était excellent. L'hébergement change agréablement des hotels impersonnels, sans charme
